The village has a beautiful village green, village post office/general store were you can get cash back and its own main line station with hourly services in to and out of London Paddington (90 mins) and Oxford (30 mins), so a car is not absolutely necessary. Being in the very hart of the Cotswolds, one of England's areas of outstanding natural beauty is ideal for both short brakes and for holidays with easily access to the many interesting places the Cotswolds has to offer.
Near by is the renowned Dailsford organic farm, Stow on Wold with England's oldest pub and Chipping Norton with its weekly farmers market.
