The property contains 3 bedroom out of which 2 bedrooms are available for rent. The 3rd bedroom (with a single bed ) is where the owner will stay. The guests can use the master bedroom and the guest room each can sleep a couple. Easily bike to the beach or down town & be near great restaurants and theater. Parking and internet included. Completely private one block street on the lake, with master bedroom overlooking the bamboo thicket greenery enclosed yard. You will be in sweet solitude, yet only five minutes from world famous 5th Ave. and its fine restaurants and shops, and right around the block from the famous 3rd St. area (or district) and the Naples pier and lovely beaches.
Only five minutes the other direction is the Naples botanical gardens, Tin City shops and restaurants and the Naples zoo. If you are without a car, public transportation is nearby, and a shuttle located at Tin City that takes you up to N. Naples Mercato shops, theater and restaurants.
This charming spot is unique in that it is on a lake on a private street yet only minutes from historic downtown. The people over here are very nice and friendly. Although its not located in a gated community but still I have never had an incident in 8 years living here. The area really has it all and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
