Midhurst famous for polo and Goodwood for the Festival of Speed are local annual attractions. Trips to the south coast take 40 minutes by car and London can be reached by train in 50 minutes.
The local lanes are often marked up for organised cycle routes, keen to make the most of the beautiful countryside with hill gradients extending from gentle to challenging.
Walking in the area is extensive, the river Rother runs along the edge of the property and various trails are clearly marked.
