The large open oak kitchen is equipped with a full-size Aga, separate gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is an informal dining area in the kitchen, a central island and plenty of bench space.
On the ground floor is also a utility room, a shower room with WC, and a changing room with direct access to the swimming pool.
First floor: as you walk up the stairs (original historic staircase), you will come to a wide landing leading to the bedrooms. There are 3 double bedrooms (one with an en suite shower room) and 3 single bedrooms. On the first floor is also a very spacious family bathroom with WC.
Outside, there is a covered parking area for several cars and various outbuildings including a large barn.
Beyly is set in its own 8 acres with no nearby neighbours. 2 acres are mown lawn around the house and there are 2 ponds within this area offering lots of wildlife. The house comes with a 12m x 5m swimming pool.
The views from the house are to open countryside and a cliff top church which is spectacularly lit up at night. The house is at the end of a private lane and is well away from the roads.
