The bedroom has a double bed (140cm in size), bedside tables, wardrobe and views to the sea down the side of the apartment.

The living room has large opening windows which overlook the front of the building onto the tree lined street. There are two armchairs, a sofa bed, French tv and free wifi. The height adjustable coffee table doubles as a dining table.
Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price, please bring your own beach towels.
The apartment building has its own private garden and parking area, smoking is permitted outside only. Through the garden there is a private walkthrough and gated shortcut to the small road that runs parallel to the beach.

If you have the energy climb the highest sand dune in Europe at Biscarosse, or while the day away meandering around the streets of cosmopolitan Arcachon and enjoy a relaxing lunch in one of the many French restaurants.

Arcachon and the property is approximately just under an hour drive to Bordeaux.
This is the ideal base from which to explore South West France. Located in the region of Aquitaine on the 3 borders of Gironde / Dordogne / Lot et Garonne and is considered to be one of the most picturesque areas of France.

Not to be missed is the world famous St Emilion, just a short drive away. A designated world heritage site and is truly stunning. Explore characteristic narrow lanes lined with wine merchants, cafes, restaurants and interesting independent shops. A guided tour of the monolithic church is highly recommended.
