This *4 Star* luxurious spacious accommodation, with mirrored built in wardrobe in the double bedroom and the twin bedded room with wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinets, all have new beds with quality mattresses and reading lamps for your holiday comfort and relaxation in mind.

The newly re-fitted bathroom has a slate tiled flooring and bath with electric shower over. The kitchen also has the slate tile flooring and is complete with electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge with separate freezer and a washing machine. The lounge/dining area with it's stunning oak floor is equipped with TV and DVD player, electric fitted wall coal effect fire, also a selection of DVD's, books and games.

From the lounge you lead into the conservatory and onto the balcony where the sunsets here are spectacular! Enjoy and relax with a soothing drink at the end of the day and watch the sun go down or wake up the day with breakfast - fantastic!

From the lock-up garage there are a few steps up to the sun-trapped courtyard and entrance to the apartment. On your arrival you will find various goodies around the apartment, including a bottle of wine, milk, tea and coffee to kick start your holiday - enjoy.
