*Visit England assessor comments* - May 2013:
Purbecks is situated in a very good location within the Orchard Plaza complex of apartments. There are stunning views over the coastline for the guests to enjoy. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard for two persons. High quality furniture is provided and a modern bathroom has been installed. There is a superb kitchen and a wide range of Bosch appliances are provided. There were high levels of cleanliness noted despite the apartment being occupied. It was good to see the new required accessories have been added this year.
"The apartment was not what we expected. It was more beautiful and feels like home. We really loved and enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend it to our friends. Parking next door was so handy and easy for us to get in and out. We will probably come back here for summer next year. Thank you very much for the lovely accommodation and we loved every minute of it. Thanks again. Caroline and Luke PS This place just reminds us of home!! Thanks to the cleaners as well, they do a fantastic job!"

"Nicely decorated, well located apartment. Ideally situated for local bars and restaurants, as well as evening summer events on the Quay. Great views from the balcony - wouldn't benefit from those on the lower floors. Parking in next door car ark ideal with proximity to train station allows stress-free trips to Bournemouth and beyond. Can recommend City Bay Views Chinese Restaurant / Take Away near Twin Sails bridge - from the outside you would probably not stop, but the food is very good!"

"Very Impressed. Absolutely fantastic, couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work. Stunning view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our 1 1/2 week holiday."
