Affectionately known as the 'Barnhouse' this was the first holiday home at Tree-Elle Retreat, setting the standard for Treeelle's holiday accommodation.
Nestled in peaceful gardens that frame a rural setting, this home has delightful views of the hills and the picturesque Irwin Inlet. For year-round comfort there is a welcoming wood fire in winter and ceiling fans in summer.
Like all Tree-Elle homes, it is superbly fitted out with the finest of everything, including snowy white linen, soft fluffy towels and a fully- appointed gourmet kitchen to rival the best.
A Great Southern Breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, farm eggs, homemade bread and yoghurt is included in the tariff. In the pantry and fridge you will find all the essential condiments, preserves, coffee, tea, sugar, butter and milk. You are invited to stroll through our beautiful garden and pick your own vegetables and herbs to use during your stay. We believe we have thought of everything, so all you really need to pack is your toothbrush!

The Western Australia / Australia's South West region
In Walpole National Park Valley of the Giants are three Hamlets Bow Bridge beginning was timber milling and farming settling around the Irwin Inlet that the pristine Bow River and Kent River flows into. Only 5 minute drive from Peaceful Bay and Nornalup and 20 minutes west of Denmark and east of Walpole centre. On the South Coast Highway On the corner of Valley of the Giants Road and centred is the quaint one-stop-shop the Bow Bridge Roadhouse, something of a local landmark in this quiet rural community.
Near by... Nornalup is a settlement on the banks of the Frankland River, in the heart of the giant karri forests of Walpole Nornalup National Park home of Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk.There is excellent boating, fishing and swimming, at Nornalup Inlet and Bellanger Beach and whale watching off Conspicuous Cliff, canoe along the Frankland River that flows through the forest. During summer the Nornalup Beach Road to Conspicuous Bay and along the coastal plain passes the only known native stand of red flowering gum trees (Corymbia Ficifolia) in Western Australia. Nornalup was first settled by Frenchman Pierre Bellanger in 1911. The forest area and stunning Frankland River were preserved as national parks by the foresight of Western Australia's early premier, Sir James Mitchell.
Denmark, WA area
Peaceful Bay is on the Southern Ocean coast 5 minutes drive from Nornalup, 25 minute west of Denmark town and 10 minutes east of Walpole. The bay is ideal for swimming, fishing, boating; sandy beach tracks provide access to wild and rugged coastline for four-wheel drive. The area is renowned for its wildflowers including the endemic flowering gum and over 40 species of native orchids.
The famous Bibbulmun Track walk trail, stretching 1000 kilometre from Perth to Albany; via the Valley of The Giants Tree Top Walk to Conspicuous beach and through Peaceful Bay, offering walkers spectacular views of the coastline and secluded beaches. Seals and whales are often sited.Peaceful Bay was once a large coastal grazing lease used by land owners for summer cattle grazing. The early settlers, would travel by horse and cart to Peaceful Bay, for a break from farm chores. For many years a few fishermen's shacks were the only sign of habitation. Now there are over 250 holiday homes and a number of permanent residents.

Conditions
Booking is confirmed by a 30% deposit. Balance is due, (30) thirty days prior to (In) date. A booking made (30) thirty days or less full payment is required. Public and school holiday bookings full payment is required prior to (42) forty two days or less.
Cancellation: Within 30 days of (In) Date the Guest will forfeit 30% of total booking. All confirmed bookings incur $60 surcharge upon cancellation up to 30 days of (in) date. Where possible, we will accept certain changes to a booking. There is a $50 surcharge applies to one night
The Host Guest, the nominated credit card holder, accepts to be accountable for extra guests and hereby acknowledge and agree that the Points of Interest and Special Conditions will apply to the booking on confirmation thereof and has read and acknowledge the conditions as evidenced by authorization to charge the credit card for above booking, telephone calls (other than local) that are made and for any damage during the term of stay up to a maximum of $1,000. This is without prejudice to take legal action for any damage in excess of $1,000. That upon confirmation of the booking, a binding Agreement will be formed between you and Tree-Elle Retreat the Property.
