This wonderful villa is nestled on the hillside of the beautiful La Sella Golf resort, hence the stunning views. The lovely 8m x 4m private pool is a real bonus. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind on the comfortable sun loungers while soaking up the sun. The villa is in a peaceful location and the views by day or night are wonderful. There are several terraces around this south facing villa on which to relax and soak up the sun by the pool, dine in the shade or simply relax and read a book under the shade of the grapevines creeping along the pergola.
The villa is set on a hillside and has been cleverly designed to take advantage of this. There are 2 lovely bedrooms, light airy and modern with ample storage space, the master bedroom (with double bed) has a modern en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms is a twin bedroom again light, airy and modern with ample storage space. There is a shower room also on this level next door to the twin room.
Down a couple of steps you enter the living accommodation which again is light and airy an is stylishly furnished. The kitchen has all mod cons such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Across from the kitchen is a beautiful dining area where you can enjoy dining if you choose not to dine outside.
Dow a couple of steps you will find the lounge area with its comfortable seating and modern 42" flat screen TV. There are large windows to take advantage of the wonderful view.
From the lounge area patio doors lead onto the pool area. Here you will find those all important sun loungers by the pool, dining for 4 people complete with outside fridge and BBQ. There are several places in which to enjoy the wonderful view and the sunshine or if you want to sit in the shade you can choose to sit under the beautiful grapevine which creeps along the pergola.
It really is a beautiful villa and this is the first season the villa has been rented hence the late availability.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca is truly a beautiful place with many wonderful places to see and visit. There are many local towns to visit within easy reach of the villa such as Moraira, Altea and Calpe. The fantastic theme parks of Terramitica, Terranatura and the water world of Aqualandia near Benidorm and Alicante are well worth a visit as is the Oceanographics near Valencia.
The city of Valencia is only 40 minutes away by train so why not take a trip there for the day while visiting the area, it is a lovely city and very vibrant. The city of Alicante is also worth a visit and it only 1 hours drive away, with is wonderful beaches and also many shops in which to browse.
Denia / La Sella Development area
Denia and Javea are located on the northern Costa Blanca, this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape.
The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Denia (10 mins away) has long sandy beaches which do not get crowed even in the height of the summer. The newly built marina is a great place to dine during the day or night. Its a great places to just sit and have a drink in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the Med. Denia itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. Alternatively you can visit the local fish market and buy the catch of the day, return to the comfort of your own villa to BBQ, while admiring the twinkling lights in the distance and the peaceful warm summer evenings...perfect. In the main streets of Denia you will find some wonderful shops in which to browse.
Javea is also a beautiful coastal resort and again there are wonderful restaurants and shops in which to wonder, particularly in the old town and port. There are many restaurants to visit locally too in Pedreguer & Gata de Gorgos (just a couple of minutes away). It truly is a wonderful area.
La Sella itself has a bar & restaurant, small supermarket, tennis courts, horseriding and of course the La Sella Golf course.

The villa is so easy to get to with our detailed directions taking you straight to the door from either Alicante or Valencia airports, it could not be easier.

Further details indoors: The villa is the home of the owners for much of the year, other than the short period of time when the owners have chosen to rent the villa. It is modern, light and comfortable. It has a modern kitchen with everything you will need. There are two modern bathrooms. The furniture and soft furnishings throughout are modern and stylish. The villa benefits from air conditioning plus fans in the bedrooms, which helps to keep the villa cool in the height of the summer, needed for a good nights sleep. All windows have traditional Spanish metal rejas fitted giving peace of mind if windows are open. The lounge is a comfortable place to relax with comfortable suite, flat screen TV with SKY sat system for UK channels and DVD player. The dining room has a beautiful elegant table and furniture. The villa has all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine,BBQ and hair dryers. Good quality linen is provided including, if your stay is for 2 weeks or more then the linen is changed at the end of the first week. A welcome basket is provided on arrival. The villa is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday.
Further details outdoors: The summer climate here in Spain is perfect for outdoor living and this villa is perfect for that. The villa is south facing so you are sure to have the sunshine all day. There is plenty of terracing around the pool / villa for the all important sun lounger and 4 are provided. A BBQ is also provided for you to enjoy al fresco dining around your own pool. The villa is nestled in the hillside and therefore there are steps around the villa. The villa and terracing are south facing. There is a car port to the villa. The views from the villa are wonderful and give the WOW factor to all who visit, with the views and the peaceful location you are sure to have a wonderful holiday.

* A welcome basket is provided on arrival. * English speaking Property Manager live close by and are on hand in case of any problems or just to give advise on where to go, what to see and recommend restaurants. Michelle & Steve visit the villa a couple of days after arrival to ensure all is well. * The pool is cleaned regularly and therefore is always in perfect condition. * Car hire can be organised for you by Michelle & Steve. * No hidden charges for cleans, linen or air con the price you see is the price you pay.

* A 20% deposit will secure the booking. * Full payment is due 10 weeks before departure complete with £200 fully refundable breakage deposit. * Keys will be sent to you from the UK 2 weeks before departure. * Directions and emergency telephone number will be e-mailed at the time of sending the keys. * Car hire can be organised for you before departure, payment made to the hire company on arrival.
