The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Denia and the coastline is only a 10min drive and is an old fishing town. The main tree lined street ‘Marques de Campo’ you can enjoy a very cosmopolitan feel, lined with shops, boutiques, restaurants, tapas bars etc. and beautiful sandy beaches next to the harbour where ferries, to the Balearic Islands, leave. Many beach bars and water sports can be found at various places along the beaches. At the new marina you can admire the many beautiful yachts and enjoy the sunset and castle view from the many restaurants and terraces.
Javea is only a 15 min drive where you can find a small fishing port and beautiful old town, also here is the popular Arenal beach with an attractive promenade lined with bars, restaurant and boutiques. In the opposite direction towards Valencia you have 70 miles of golden beaches where you are sure to find a quiet spot or a romantic beach front restaurant. Inland from the coast is the lovely Orba Valley a back drop of stunning mountains and orange groves.
Denia / Pedreguer area
Pedreguer is a typical spanish town with all the amenities you would expect to find. With a market on Saturdays selling fresh fruit and vegetables. Abundance of tapas bars can be found in the town of Pedreguer. Would advise a mountain drive and visit the surrounding villages of Parcent, Alcalai etc. Pedreguer fiesta is held in July and definetly worth a visit.

Further details indoors: There are 4 bedrooms, main bedroom has a romantic balcony overlooking the very inviting pool, the twin bedrooms open onto a large roof terrace with valley & sea views. The 4th Double Bedroom is on the ground level. There are 2 bathrooms the main bathroom has a hand made luxury Turkish style bath.The finca is situated on the centre of the plot. The electric gates lead into the parking area where there is ample space for at least 10 cars. Walking the winding path through the mature almond and walnut trees you come to the house which is surrounded with grapevines, orange, lemon apple and grapefruit trees to name a few. On this flat plot there is an open area with a football goal as well as a swing ideal for children to play. There is also a table and 8 chairs on the patio with a large parosol, there are 8 sunbeds. There is also a moveable barbecue. From the patio/pool area where you have the sun all day long you overlook the orange groves and mountains. The sunset behind these mountains is breathtaking. You can relax in the evening on the roof terrace and take in the spectacular views and the tranquility of this beautiful location..
Conditions
25% Deposit is required to secure your booking. Full balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of £250 paid in cash on your arrival to cover damage or breakages during your stay and is refunded on your departure once a full check has been made of the property.

Guestbook for Stunning Stone Finca
'We stayed in this lovely house for a week in August. The finca is wonderfully restored and full of character, but still has all the mod-cons. There's plenty of room in the large flat garden and the pool is fantastic! Our boys were quite often still swimming at midnight!!!
We came out for a week in the depths if winter - some days sunny and warm, some days wet and cold. And we loved it. The finca was warm and cozy, especially when we got the log burning stove going, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
A nicely restored finca with lots of character. the location is suburban but very private, and was perfect for taking it easy. beaches, restaurants and bars plentiful within a few miles drive, and a very good base for exploring the mountains. also easy drive to valencia for a day trip. we found everything spot on for our mixed group of adults and children and would recommend it as an excellent choice in this region.
