About the home

A modern Villa situated on the edge of a traditional Spanish village of Beniarbeig. With private pool, walled garden, mountain and sea views from upstairs terrace, with BBQ outside dining area, just 5 min. walk to the village with bus service to Denia town or beach.

Hypermarket just 6 min. away in car where you can find cinema, bowling, shops, supermarket, English bookshop, restaurant and bars.

Beniarbeig offers a local market on Tuesdays, playing area for kids, swings and slides, restaurants and bars.

The kitchen is very modern and fully fitted.Looking out of the kitchen window it overlooks the kidney shaped swimming pool, and views of the mountains.

Downstairs bedroom 2 has single beds with a built in wardrobe,a down stairs shower room and toliet. Though the lounge to the downstairs conservatory leading out to swimming pool and large terrace and stairs leading to lower gardens.

Upstairs the masted bedroom which is en suite with built in wardrobes along with glass doors leading to large a conservatory leading out to small terrace with views of mountains and sea.

Walled garden, BBQ and outside terrace.

To the front of the villa there is table and seating area, raised planters and a bbq. Parking for the car and a place to capture the last of the sun.

Hiring of high chairs cots push chairs etc are available from local hire company and can be delivered for your arrival.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Denia is running the bulls on the 19th of July, streets are closed off for the bull run through the town centre and finish in the sea. Must be seen!! You can take part if you dare.

Benidorm palace which is half an hours drive a truly fantastic family show you can take mum and dad or the children you can go for the show or the show and meal strongly recommended reasonably priced you wont see a show like this in England.

Terra Mitica theme park or the aqualandia water park.

The Denia / Beniarbeig area

Beniarbeig is a traditional Spanish village with its typical flair. Bars and restaurants available, weekly market and plenty of kids entertainment.

Beniarbeig run bulls august the 25th to 2nd of September with firework display and music.

Take the narrow gage railway at Denia, and it takes you through the mountains to resorts along the coast once again spectacular views. Deniar castle built by the Romans with its museum spectacular views of the sea and harbour.Boat trips available and you can walk around the local fish market. There is also a Marina,night clubs cafes,shops,etc.

Fly to Alicante or Valencia both one hours drive to Beniarbeig. Murcia Airport is only one and a half hours away. Cheap flights available from most UK airports to Alicante. We would recommend Javea Cars as hire car company.
