The villa is set on two floors, with the ground floor comprising of fully fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge leading to a double and twin bedroom with shared shower room. Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and large sun terrace. Outside there is a kidney shaped pool with sun terrace and steps leading to swings. There is also a brick built barbecue for al fresco dining.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca stretches from Valencia in the north to Alicante in the south. The coastline boasts beautiful sandy white beaches often dotted with grottoes and spectacular coves. Inland the scenery is mountainous filled with areas of orange and almond groves. It is an exciting area to visit with the busy resort of Benidorm 40 minutes drive away with its many shops,night life, and theme parks like Terra Mittica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar.
A few miles in land is the beautiful and scenic village of Guadalest perched high on a rock.
The valencian region offers something for everyone if you prefer a quiet break by the pool to a holiday filled with water sports, and activities. longer lets available through the winter months contact us for more details.
The Denia / Beniarbeig area
The historic town of Denia is situated just 8km from the Villa and is flanked by the foothills of the Montgo Mountain. It has beautiful sandy beaches where most water sports can be enjoyed from May to October. Pavement cafes, trendy boutiques, tapas bars and restaurants line the towns main avenue. The castle overlooks the town and ferries depart for the islands of Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza. There are always festivals and fiestas on but perhaps the biggest in the Valancian calendar is las FALLAS 15-19th MARCH hugh statues are built from paper mache and on the final day massive firework displays culminating in the burning of the statues, an incredible spectacle.,this is held in Denia.another must is the bull run at Denia 19th July the streets are closed off and the bulls are run through the town and finish in the sea!
Beniarbeig is a traditional Spanish village with a selection of bars and restaurants, small supermarkets, local village market on tuesdays and two swing/slide parks. Beniabeig villagers love their festivals, a special one is the end of August 25th to 2 september with bull runs in the village,every night as well as firework displays and music. Easter is another special occasion for the villagers of Beniarbeig, and the 3 kings day 6 Jan, wonderfully dressed three wise men deliver presents to the children of the village and area, always followed with fireworks and a fiesta

Yes we all had a fabulous time. The boys were constantly in the pool. Very relaxing time but close enough to allow some exploring of the area. Villa had everything we needed, water toys and Mr Bean video especially !

We had an absolutley brilliant time at the villa, so much so James who is 4 now thinks his own house is now rubbish and so is scotland and wants to go back to his number one home (vino tinto).
The villa is equipped to a very high standard and was an excellent place for some much needed rest and relaxation and the pool was absolutley brilliant especially for the kids even the big ones lol.
Thank you so much and we will be recommending to friends.

Thank you for another wonderful stay at the villa. The pool area looks great and we got everything done that we wanted. The village is starting to take shape again and we had a good few nights sampling the local bars, There was also a wedding in town on Saturday night which was really nice. No doubt we will be visiting again soon watch this space

Just want to say what a fab place and what a fab time we had,loved the villa those pics dont do it justice,our time there was everything we hoped and more,my friends will be there in August and i wont hesitate to tell everyone how great it was.Thanks again and just to mention how helpful Denise and Jason were.

The villa was fantastic,we really enjoyed it.Being used to the Spanish style in a small village,we loved it,it was very well equipped,believe me we have been to lots!My thanks to you,and maybe we may well book again sometime.
