About the home

Located in a quiet, residential urbanisation, this modern, comfortable ground floor apartment is ideally suited for your holiday mood. Relax or dine on the secluded, private terrace or sun bathe on the lawn or beside the pool. It is perfect for enjoying Denia's cosmopolitan delights. Only a short walk away are shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and, of course, fiesta. Take a stroll on the long, sandy beaches or along the coast to the cliffs of Las Rotas stopping for a drink or a bite to eat on the way.

You can enjoy the numerous activities available like kite surfing, wind surfing, jet skiing, water skiing, sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving or golf, quad biking, horse riding and hill walking. Explore the fabulous coast or the beautiful hinterland of mountains,orange groves and bodegas. There is something for everyone here.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms(double & twin) both with ceiling fans, a bathroom/shower room and separate WC. There is a fully equipped, American-style kitchen and a large living/dining room with air conditioning. The private garden is secured by gates and there is a large terrace for al fresco dining or sunbathing. The apartment has a secure parking space.

Conditions

25% of the rental fee is required to confirm a booking. To secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival . If booking within 8 weeks of your stay, full payment is required.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Strictly no smoking indoors. Smoking allowed on the outside terraces.
Strictly no pets.

The Denia / Montgo Sol area

Denia has something for everyone - restaurants, shops, sandy beaches and sheltered coves and a myriad of activities to enjoy including golf, scuba diving, quad biking, kite surfing and horse riding.

This cosmopolitan resort is ideally located for exploring the Costa Blanca with its impressive backdrop of mountain ranges and valleys. There is easy motorway access to the bustling centres of Benidorm (30 minutes away with its beaches and theme parks) and Alicante (o1 hour away with its shopping and beautiful old town). Just outside the town at El Vergel is the largest safari park in the area and if you need some retail therapy there is the shopping centre near Ondara.

From March to September it's fiesta in Spain. The biggest regional event is Las Fallas, held between 16 and 19 March when some towns build and burn huge effigies in the streets. Denia is one of those towns. It's main fiesta - la Fiesta Mayor - is held in the first and second weeks in July and incorpoates the running of the bulls - Bous a la Mar (Valencian for Bulls by the Sea) when the brave or the crazy can pit themselves against El Toro. In August Denia celebrates the Re-Conquest when the Christians defeated the Muslems to reconquer Spain in 12th century with a week of elaborate and sumptuously costumed events and parades. Throughout the summer there are fiestas in Denia and the surrounding towns.
