This beautiful villa is situated on a mountainside hence the stunning views over the La Sella Golf course to the sea of Denia and the Montgo Natural Park. The lovely 10m x 5m private pool is a real bonus as it is larger than most. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind on the comfortable sun loungers while soaking up the sun.
The villa is in a peaceful location and the views by day or night are wonderful. The pool area and terraces come to life even in the evening thanks to the pool light, so you can enjoy al fresco dining on the covered nay any time of the day or night and enjoy those wonderful views.
The villa is on three leves, the entrance to the villa opens to an impressive hall and staircase and a spacious lounge an elegant dining room and fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a laundry room on the lower floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa has all you will need and more to have a wonderful holiday.
On the upper level you will find a beautiful master bedroom with fantastic modern en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There are patio doors leading from the bedroom to an upper private terrace with wonderful views of the golf course, med and the Montgo nature park.
On the same level as the lounge ( a couple of steps up from the lounge) you will find a lovely bunk bedroom with en suite bathroom and a further double bedroom and a family bathroom.
Taking the elegant staircase to the lower level you will find a further twin bedroom with en suite,a fully gym equipped with professional equipment including a technogym running machine.
On this level you will find a fully equipped "apartment", with its own access if required. As well as access from the villa itself. It has fully equipped and beautiful modern kitchen and a further elegant lounge and dining area. There are also 2 more bedrooms on this level one being a king with en suite and a twin bedroom.
This area "the apartment " can be locked and so the house can be rented as a 4 bedroom house.
The apartment gives the added feature the villa is ideal for 2 families who want to holiday together, but not live totally in the same space.
We can not stress enough the luxury and elegance of this villa, it really has everything you could possibly want for a fantastic holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca is truly a beautiful place with many wonderful places to see and visit. There are many local towns to visit within easy reach of the villa such as Moraira, Altea and Calpe. The fantastic theme parks of Terramitica, Terranatura and the water world of Aqualandia near Benidorm and Alicante are well worth a visit as is the Oceanographics near Valencia.
The city of Valencia is only 40 minutes away by train so why not take a trip there for the day while visiting the area, it is a lovely city and very vibrant.
The city of Alicante is also worth a visit and it only 1 hours drive away, with is wonderful beaches and also many shops in which to browse.
Denia / La Sella Golf area
Denia and Javea are located on the northern Costa Blanca, this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape.
The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Denia (15 mins away) has long sandy beaches which do not get crowed even in the height of the summer. The newly built marina is a great place to dine during the day or night. Its a great places to just sit and have a drink in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the Med. Denia itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. Alternatively you can visit the local fish market and buy the catch of the day, return to the comfort of your own villa to BBQ, while admiring the twinkling lights in the distance and the peaceful warm summer evenings...perfect. In the main streets of Denia you will find some wonderful shops in which to browse.
Javea is also a beautiful coastal resort and again there are wonderful restaurants and shops in which to wonder, particularly in the old town and port. There are many restaurants to visit locally too in Pedreguer & Gata de Gorgos (just a couple of minutes away). It truly is a wonderful area, having fallen in love with the area we sold up in the UK and now live in Spain and have done now for 4 years and do not regret it for a minute.
How to get there
The villa is so easy to get to with our detailed directions taking you straight to the door from either Alicante or Valencia airports, it could not be easier.

Our detailed directions take you straight to the villa and you are issued with emergency telephone numbers just in case you take a wrong turn and get lost, which does not happen often as the instructions are so detailed.
* The keys for the villa are sent to your before departure, so if you are delayed there is no problem, you can go straight to the villa and let yourself in. This we find removes the stress of having to arrive by a certain time to collect a key.

Further details indoors: This villa is a very spacious villa and in its own ground on a plot of 1773 m3. It is a beautiful, elegant and luxurious villa yet is modern, light and spacious. The furniture is stylish yet comfortable. The villa benefits from full air conditioning which helps to keep the villa cool in the height of the summer, particularly for sleeping. The units also produce heat so ideal for a winter break as the evenings can get cold in the winter months and the double sided fireplace is a lovely feature between the lounge and the dining room.
The owners have never rented the villa before, having had the villa designed and built to their taste 10 years ago they have simply used it as a holiday home and so is a real home form home, but with sunshine! Good quality linen is provided, if your stay is for 2 weeks or more then the linen is changed at the end of the first week.
This luxury villa is stylishly furnished, but comfortable and immaculately clean. In a private and quiet residential area with many restaurants within easy distance.
Further details outdoors: The summer climate here in Spain is perfect for outdoor living and this villa is perfect for that. There is plenty of terracing around the wonderful 10m x 5 m pool and for the all important sun lounger and these are provided. Comfortable dining facilities are also provided for al fresco dining along with the all important BBQ.
The villa is set on the mountainside and has wonderful views of the 18 hole La Sella golf course and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea beyond at Denia.
There is a car parking on a private driveway behind automatic gates.
The views from the villa give the WOW factor to all who visit, with the views and the peaceful location you are sure to have a wonderful holiday.

* English speaking Property Managers live close by and are on hand in case of any problems or just to give advise on where to go, what to see and recommend restaurants. They visit the villa a couple of days after arrival to ensure all is well. * The pool is cleaned by the Property Managers weekly and therefore is always in perfect condition. * Car hire can be organised for you. * No hidden charges for cleans, linen or air con the price you see is the price you pay.

Paul Iannetta July 2009 We tend to holiday in newly built villas in the US where the quality is high. We have often been disappointed with the standard of accommodation in Europe but certainly not with this one! The villa is stunning and has been built to a very high standard. The location is fantastic with great views and the villa was more than large enough to accommodate all 10 of us comfortably. Large pool and gardens were regularly maintained and hugely desirable. Highly recommended.
