A spacious detached family villa sleeping up to 8. Located on the prestigious Monte Pego urbanization with all its amenities including bars, restaurants, sports facilities etc. Nearby can be found various leisure amenties including horse riding, go karting, golf courses at Olivia Nova and La Sella, Safari Park, Ondara Shopping Mall, with cinema and bowling.

This 3 double bedroom air conditioned villa can accommodate up to 8 persons in comfort with the additon of a cot and buggy for an infant. The villa is family friendly being arranged on one level with no stairs.The villa benefits from an 8 x 4m solar heated swimming pool with roman steps an ideal and safe way to introduce your young one to the delights of swimming.

'Wi Fi' is actually available at the bar/restaurant very near to our villa. It is open most of the time.

Also at the same pool bar/restaurant is a pool table, table tennis, darts and crazy golf for the children.

There is a £50 charge for the air conditioning.

Our swimming pool is solar heated. So in the cooler months it needs alot of sun to heat it up.

To stay at our Villa, you must have a car. There is not a shop or beach that is in walking distance to the villa.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Situated midway between Valencia and Alicante in this picturesque region close to the busy town of Denia with its large working port (2 hours to Ibiza) and supberb shopping and restaurant facilities. The Costa Blanca is well named for its white beaches stretching some 27 miles in both directions.

The Denia / Monte Pego area

Monte Pego is a urbanization of villas situated on 2 large mountains just to the east of the small spanish town of Pego. There are bars and restaurants on the urbanization .

“Amazing Villa, Great Weather, Very relaxing holiday......” Travelled with wife, 2 1/2 year old son, Best friend and his wife and year old son. Short flight so kids were fine, then about hour transfer from Alicante. Villa was lovely and plenty of room for us all. Perfect for us and the kids as we could do what we liked when we liked and not dictated by set meal times as in a hotel. Pool was great and easy to keep and eye on the kids whilst playing. Denia and Xabia are worth checking out nearby and great for dinner and drinks. There is also a local supermarket which we stocked up for the week and a decent size shopping centre just down the road. Would recommend hiring a car to get about. Overall, great villa, very relaxing stay and decent weather even in September. Def recmommend. Im sure we will go back again!

“Amazing, relaxing stay in a very well equipped Villa” We travel to this area of Spain regularly but it is the first time on Monte Pego. Casa Louise is a lovely well equipped villa in a quiet and relaxing area. We recommend the fonts de l'algar - we all had a fab day meeting up with friends and swimming in the cool water. We all had an amazing holiday.

“Excellent Villa, wonderful holiday” We stayed at Casa Louise for our family holiday this year, along with one set of grandparents. We arrived at the villa and found it to be immaculately clean, very spacious and furnished to a very high quality. Everything that you could reasonably need was provided. The pool area was lovely and naturally we spent much of our time there, swimming and sun-bathing, but also eating outside and enjoying the built in barbecue. Our boys (1 & 3) thoroughly enjoyed it and having plenty of uk tv channels (especially kids) came in handy from time to time. Having a car is essential as the villa is a short drive from the nearest town and well placed for travelling around the costa blanch region. Our favourite place was Xabia, which was about a 40 minute drive away, and has plenty of lovely beaches and restaurants/shops to explore. There are plenty of places closer to the villa that are worth a visit too. Although we didn't mind driving at all, we would have preferred to be a little closer to a busier town which is why I've given four stars, otherwise it would be five. On the flip side, the villa is in a very peaceful area which was great for relaxing late at night with a bottle of Rioja. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and the villa is really pretty faultless. It comes highly recommended.

“Great villa in a tranquil location” We had a fabulous time, the villa was perfect and in a fabulous location, it felt very much like a home from home, not stark and unwelcoming like some we have stayed in in the past. The kids loved playing in the pool and helped by the glorious weather we all came back relaxed and recharged.

“fantastic villa, great location, beautiful area” Fantastic villa in a great location within a beautiful area of Spain. Neighbours friendly and helpful, and owner easily contacted (via phone) for help and advice if required. Villa pool is superb, ideal for all ages. Villa very well equiped, with all facilities being in excellent condition. Local amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, beaches) easily found and with all the facilities you will need. Plenty of to see and do locally.
