A tranquil and detached spacious villa with outstanding views over Denia, the Montgo mountain and National Park; an abundance of inside and outside living areas, making it ideal for either larger groups or two families to enjoy.

The villa is 5 mins by car from the town centre which has a truly Spanish feel with many excellent shops, restaurants and bars. Several unspoilt beaches are between 10-20 mins away and the nearest golf course is a 20min drive.

This outstanding villa has the most perfect position for both families and groups. Set alongside a beautiful National Trust area and the Montgo, this detached and private villa, has its own swimming pool with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for private and social times. It is at the top of the Mountain, which is a five minute drive from the town, and 10 minutes drive to Denia beaches.

Indoor living space includes three separate reception rooms and three large double bedrooms on the ground floor, one on the first floor and a large separate master bedroom.

Surrounded by shaded garden areas for cooler conditions, there is a large and comfortable pergola and an extra outside kitchen area for chill out social evenings. 5mins DRIVE rom the town centre and 10 mins DRIVE from the beach - golf available 20mins drive.

Denia's beaches are of a remarkable beauty and it has a historic centre where the castle raises majestically right in the centre of town. Mount Montgo, declared a Natural Park, is only a few metres from the sea and fishing boats come and go whilst they mark the rhythm of everyday life and provide Denia with the best of the sea, making it the celebrated cuisine haven it has become. We propose a climb to the castle, a visit to museums, churches, streets and old quarters, a walk in Montgo Natural Park, watch how ships arrive to the fish exchange, enjoying sand beaches or encouraging you to practice a sport, living local fiestas with us and getting to know the surroundings, amongst many other activities. A daily ferry departed from Denia to Ibiza for those who wish to have an alternative evening/weekend! The climate in Denia is superb and for those who are sun worshipers ideal - especially in the months from May through to October. Various festivals and fiestas are worth seeing during the summer months - see bull running and the Moors and the Christians.

The Denia / Montgo Natural Park area

It is five minutes drive from our villa, down the mountain to Denia Town where there is a typical Spanish feel. The main street is lined with bars and restaurants and a selection of all kinds of shops, with miandering side streets with restaurants and bars still to be discovered! The promenade is alive with entertainment, and just a short walk from here is the Marina which is the place to see and be seen, or just to relax for a sundowner! Again a wide selection of restaurants from Tapas to Argentinian - even a Sky Sports bar! There are three British bars with Sky Sports for those who can miss the football of cricket!!! There are several golfing options in the area with bookable times available. There are two tennis clubs that welcome visitors and the water park is approx.35minutes drive away; a great day out for the kids. Two gyms in the town also offer part time membership. Water sports are available at the beach front and for those who wish to really 'push the boat out' charters are valuable for swimming or fishing - excuse the pun!!! The city of Valencia is really worth a visit - with amazing history and fabulous shopping. Believe it or not Old Benidorm is wonderful, as are many of the local towns.

Important: The villa is at the top of a mountain backing on to national forest so a car is essential. It is 5 minutes drive down the mountain to the town or beach. Ryan Air or Easy Jet flights to Valencia or Alicante from the Uk - various car firms at either airport (the villa is an hour's drive from either)
