Home description
The villa is well designed for a Family holiday with a large lounge area with panoramic Sea and town views. The Naya (dining room) overlooks garden and pool. Both front bedrooms have uninterrupted views of Denia Port and of Denia town. A large Patio area is laid out next to the pool for Al Fresco dining! At the rear is a BBQ area.
There is a private Swimming Pool, Shower room and WC adjoining the pool area. Garden laid to local cactus plants and palms. Internally the villa has a separate Kitchen, 2 Showers and 3 WCs.
The location suits a complete holiday rest or a short car ride to experience a vibrant Spanish town. Nature walks are all around. Stretching form Denia up along Las Marinas there are 17 kms of clean beaches. Boat Fishing (Deep Sea) and coastal sightseeing trips can be arranged with the owner, all equipment supplied. The boat is moored in Denia.
Local Golf courses are within a 15minute drive away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region f the Costa Blanca North is very green and is a mass producer of oranges and lemons. The region is full of history dating back to Roman times. Temperatures are constant throughout the summer period 30-35.
There is a castle you can visit and on clear days you can see the island of Ibiza. Within a short drive you will find yourself amongst authentic inland villages where the traditional Spanish way of life can be enjoyed.
Many Blue Flag beaches are found along the Costa Blanca coastline. Denia alone has 22kms of clean sandy beaches!
The Valencia region is the home of Paella ! - every where you go you will be able to taste the traditional fare!
Denia / Montgo Natural Park area
Denia is a quaint lively Spanish town. Founded by the Romans because of the coastal location. A castle still overlooks the harbour.
The shady tree-lined streets of Denia are full of independent shops and traditional restaurants where you can just meander to your hearts content.
In Denia old town its cobbled streets are full of authentic Tapas bars and al fresco Spanish restaurants.
This part of the Costa Blanca is famous for the growing of citrus fruits. Sheltered inland by mountain ranges the coastal area maintains a good temperature.
The new marina has various bars and restaurants where you can relax or party late into the night. Denia has many fiestas throughout the year the main summer fiesta being the Bulls de Mar, (the Running of Bulls to the Sea!) which ends with a carnival.
The main beach has local beach bars and water sports. Quad Bikes are also available to hire. The local golf courses are only a short drive away.
The Montgo Natural Park has various nature walks from 1.5 hours to 4 hours. The view of the town and sea from the Montgo is unmissable.
Water sports are available at several locations. There is a Safari Park 20minutes drive away at El Vergel. During your stay you could take a full PADI diving course with one of the local diving Clubs.
Benidorm is just 45 minutes drive and you can have a great family days out Terra Natura (Zoo Park - suitable for all ages) Aqualandia (Water Park for all ages) Terra Mitica with its fast and breathtaking rides ! All Parks are within 15 minutes of each other.
How to get there
Denia is on the coast equally 80kms both from Alicante and Valencia airports.
Most low budget airline companies fly to both of these airports.
There are car hire companies located at both airports and most have a depot here in Denia.
A scenic train service operates from Alicante to Denia taking around 2 hours.
There are also regular bus services to and from Denia centre to both airports at a very good price.
The Ferry operates regular sailings from Denia Port to Majorca and Ibiza.

Further details indoors: The whole villa is very light and airy. It is the only 2no. storey building on the top line of the Montgo and therefore offers the best uninterrupted views. A Sky tv package is in the lounge area and a freeview box supply is in bedroom 2. The main bedroom having its own terrace, furnished with lounge furniture.
Air-conditioning is installed in both the main front bedroom the back bedrooom and the lounge. Car parking area at the front of the villa. There are steps leading up to the main house. Cots can be arranged if needed.
The Villa is fully alarmed for security.
Further details outdoors: A large patio area adjoining the pool has a dining table and 6 chairs for outside dining. A power supply is close to the dining area. At the rear of the villa there is a BBQ. All patios are laid in "German Stone".
The Swimming pool is a kidney shape(8´x4´) and is cleaned every Tuesday by a contractor.

Rental prices include electricity, water, bedding and bed linen, towels (except pool/beach towels) and all the normally required crockery/pans/glasses/cutlery etc for dining and for the kitchen. We also supply some tea/coffee/sugar/milk/water/condiments/cleaning products to help new arrivals get started. The owner pays for the pool and gardens to be maintained weekly.
Cheap airlines' flight prices are significantly higher at weekends. Consequently, most of our guests, particularly those returning for a second or third time, request midweek to midweek rentals. Most of our bookings are therefore based on midweek arrivals and departures, but we are completely flexible.
A 25% deposit is payable to secure the reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with a refundable 500 Euros damages deposit. Renters are responsible for organising their own personal travel insurance to cover cancellation, injury, loss, damage etc. Renters cannot re let/sublet the villa to any other party. Any extra days to weekly hires are charged pro-rata prevailing weekly rates.

For late arrivals, we can arrange a shopping welcome pack on request. We can also arrange airport pick-up/drop-off.
