The Villa is located just 10 minutes drive from the wonderful beaches of Javea and Denia who both boast wonderful bars and restaurants offering local cuisine ranging from cosmopolitan to the more traditional fish restaurants and tapas bars.
The villa is a few minutes drive from the five star La Sella golf and Spa resort offering all year round fair weather golfing and an extensive leisure and spa facility which has a wide variety of beauty treatments at reasonable prices.
The villa offers panoramic sea views which can be enjoyed from the Villa's two large terraces one offering external dining and chill out areas and the other a large private pool with flexible sunbathing and relaxation seating. The sea views are complimented by the superb view of the Montgo Mountain National Park and the La Sella golf course.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Situated at the north of the province of Alicante, the region has a wonderful climate all year round and has over an average of 300 sunny days per year and its average annual temperature is 20 degrees.
Beaches in Denia are over 20km long and are naturally beautiful . Denia has a historic centre where the castle raises majestically right in the centre of the town. Mount Montgo national park, is only a few metres from the sea and fishing boats come and go whilst they mark the rhythm of everyday life and provide Denia with the best of the sea, making it the celebrated cuisine haven it has become. A climb to the castle, a visit to the museums, churches, narrow streets in the old quarter and some fabulous shops, boutiques and restaurants on the Avenue del Campo.
Denia Port is also a wonderful experience with its wide promenade with wonderful restaurants and bars. It has a wonderful array of over 1000 luxury yachts to admire. Javea has wonderful views from its lovely sandy beach the Arenal, pebbled beaches and coves to the rugged views of the Mount Montgo and the delightful lemon and orange groves. Skiing The ski resorts of Valdelinares and Javalambre in the province of Teural, located 150 km north west of Valencia about 2 hours drive. You will find a variety of slopes including two beginners slopes. The Teural region is an area of natural beauty. The area is still at well kept secret and it is mainly spanish which use the resorts which keeps ski and eating costs down.
Denia / La Sella Development area
Denia is well known in Spain for its numerous festivals. Everyone is welcome to get involved from families, to groups and individuals.
Denia has something for everyone and there are many exciting sporting activities including, Golf, Horse riding, tennis and leisure and Spa facilities on the La Sella Resort. The La Sella golf resort is set in the grounds of the magnificent 5 Star Marriot Spa Hotel it offers a Jose Maria Olazaabal designed 18 hole championship couse, par 72 and 6072 m in lenght. There is a driving range, pro shop, club house, buggies are available and tee off times can be booked on 0034 966454252. The La Sella golf course is a well balanced course suitable for all levels of play.
In addition to this course there are also two other high quality courses - Don Cayo(Altea) 18 hole par 73 and Oliva Nova(Oliva) designed by Steve Ballesteros, 18 hole par 72. In addition Denia offer water based activities such as scuba diving,, Kite surfing, wind surfing,sailing, regattas, Rowing, canoeing(Pirogue), swimming and many more... Also there are many local markets that offer everything from fresh fruit and vegetables, local delicacies ,wine, honey to antiques and local handicrafts.

The villa has two high specification shower rooms with modern and well appointed finishes one being en suite. It also boasts a wet room en suite which is directly off the master bedroom.

Conditions
30 % deposit is required to secure the booking and the remainder is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
A breakages deposit of £250 which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure or locally.
A well-behaved dog/cat will be considered. Strictly no smoking except on the terraces.
