‘Casa Pelaro’ is situated on the hillside of Les Basetes above the village of Adsubia near the old market town of Pego. The area is unspoilt and the villa has spectacular views over the citrus groves and mountains.
Casa Pelaro is a contemporary style home beautifully maintained with a private pool and terraces for al fresco dining.
There is a beautiful private pool 8m x 4m, Roman steps in the shallow end and a ladder in the deep end.
Sun loungers, table, chairs, parasol and BBQ are available for your use on the terraces.

Master bedroom has a double bed, en suite and French doors to pool terrace and amazing views of the Valley.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have twin beds and small balcony also with the Valley views.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds, en suite, a separate access from terrace/garden.
The sitting room is open-plan with 2 steps down from the kitchen. Satellite TV, video, DVD, CD player. Double doors open on to a balcony overlooking the pool.
Further double doors lead to a naya with table and seating for. Panoramic views.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans for the hotter summer months and window blinds to keep the villa cool. The villa is arranged on 3 floors with the living accommodation situated near the main entrance at road level.
Further details outdoors:
Adsubia (10 minutes walk away) has the usual small shops, bars and a good restaurant. Pego has a more extensive choice of shopping facilities, including banks, internet cafe and larger supermarkets. It also boasts some excellent restaurants, serving tapas, menu del dia and a varied selection of both typical Spanish and international cuisine.
There is a superb sandy beach just 10 minutes drive from the villa and the resorts of Denia, Oliva and Javea are 15/20 minutes. Turning inland from the villa, a very short drive, will bring you to into the Valle de Gallinera - the land of cherry trees with its mountainside tapas bars and breathtaking views.

Bed linen and towels provided. Pool/beach towels can be provided at small additional cost. Owners will meet you on arrival.
Should you have a late night flight we are happy to provide a welcome pack for your arrival.
The owners will meet you at the villa and personally show you around the property.
Full gas central heating is available for the winter months (additional cost). Cot and high chair can be supplied on request.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Cost Blanca, also known as The White Coast that stretches for over 200km along the Mediterranean coast line. Covered in golden-sand beaches, holiday resorts as well as traditional sleepy villages full of charm and character, this is one of the most popular holiday destinations.
There are a lot of places of interest full of architectural pearls, museums, cathedrals as well as narrow streets and corner tapas bars and cafes serving traditional cuisine and entertaining tourists with Flamenco dancing and sangria nights.
So whatever you are looking for; sunbathing, snorkelling, fishing, playing beach ball, sun set horse riding or fine dining and tasting the regional culture - Costa Blanca has it all. A perfect recipe for a a fantastic holiday.
The Denia / Pego area
Casa Pelaro is situated 10 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches at Les Deveses, which has a windsurfing school and from the unspoilt sandy beaches at Oliva. The resorts of Denia and Javea are 20/30 minutes drive. Gandia is 40 minutes from the villa
Casa Pelaro is located close to several golf courses. These challenge both high and low handicap golfers.
The links course at Oliva Nova Golf Resort has been designed by Seve Ballesteros and has 18 holes. La Sella is surrounded by mountains and has been designed by Jose Maria Olazabal. This is currently an 18 hole course but is being extended to 27 holes. The Real de Faula has two stunning 18 hole courses and is situated 40 minutes away.
The golf courses of Bonalba and El Bosque are an hours drive from the villa.
A wide range of activities can be found in this area, including horse riding, walking, cycling and hiking. Various water sports are also available from the nearby resorts. Denia has a port where you can take a local boat along the coast or a ferry to the Balearic islands should you wish to explore this part of the Mediterranean.

Casa Pelaro is very conveniently located just an hours drive from either Valencia or Alicante airport.
The villa is situated just a 10 mins walk from Adsubia and a 5 minute drive from the market town of Pego.
The harbour towns of Denia, Oliva, Javea and Gandia are between 20/40 minutes drive. Denia has an old fortress overlooking the harbour and restaurants.
The city of Valencia can be accessed by car along the AP7 and is about 1 hour's drive time.
Alicante can be visited by motorway (approx 1 hour) or by train from Denia, stopping at all the smaller towns along the coast.

We stayed here for a week with our one year old little girl. It was everything we imagined and more. Graham and Polly were so nice and made things so easy for us. The villa is stunning in such a lovely setting, and the views are amazing. Sitting out on the naya for breakfast, lunch and tea was lovely and it is so peaceful. I would love to come back here again......and we never usually go back to the same place twice. I honestly couldnt say a bad word about it. |

Prices quoted are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Please contact us for discounts for longer winter lets. Please note heating charge will be incurred for winter letting.
Changeover days are flexible except July and August (Saturdays), however,we will try our best to meet all your needs. The house will be available by 3.30pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
If you are interested in spending time in our Spanish home please email below, we will provisionally reserve your dates for 24 hours while you organise flights etc.
A 25% booking deposit is then payable to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior arrival. Deposits will be returned 10 days after your holiday.
