The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca (White Coast) extends along the eastern coast of Spain (approximately in the middle) and covers the province of Alicante.
The area is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.
The Costa Blanca is famous for its tourism. There are over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing.
The Costa Blanca is a beautiful region with mountains stretching along most of the coast. There are huge amounts of low-cost flights into Alicante-, Valencia- and Murcia airport. The attractions lie in its beauty - the amazing vivid blue Mediterranean waters, the lovely sandy beaches, the old towns and villages with their old narrow streets, the beautiful golf courts, the restaurants and bars where one can sit and relax outside because of the wonderful all-year round climate. It's simply a wonderful place in which to enjoy life and feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
Denia area
Denia is situated at the north of the province of Alicante in a place with special warm weather and many sunshine days. Denia's beaches are of a remarkable beauty and it has a historic centre where the castle raises majestically right in the centre of the town. Mount Montgo, declared a Natural Park, is only a few metres from the sea and fishing boats come and go whilst they mark the rhythm of everyday life and provide Denia with the best of the sea.
You can climb to the castle visit museums and churches, old quarters, a walk in Montgo Natural Park, watch how ships arrive to the fish exchange, enjoying sand beaches or encouraging you to practice sports like golf, tennis, walking, watersports etc.

Further details indoors: With 3 spacious bedrooms, the apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably. Two bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 singles beds. One of the bedrooms has sea view.
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment; one bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet and the other one with shower, basin and toilet.
The salon is open to the kitchen and with marble flooring throughout, it is spacious and cosy. The salon has leather sofas, TV (satellite), DVD, CD and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, micro-wave and hob. The washing machine and fridge/freezer are in the scullery.
Further details outdoors: The terrace at the front (15 m2) of the apartment overlooks the beach and the sea. At the backside there is a large sun terrace of approximately 45 m2. The pool (with shower) is next to the building.
There is a private access to the wide, well cared, sandy beach.
Private underground space on the residence as well as a parking place directly at the entrance.
