Casa Moreana is located on Monte Pego- a development for luxurious living in a scenic beauty spot on the Costa Blanca.
The villa has a stunning relaxing unobstructed view over a valley and near by hills/mountains. Its patio area gets the sun all day long, and there is a covered veranda, for shelter should the sun become too intense.
Situated 95 km from both Alicante Airport and Valencia Airport it can be reached in under an hour from either airport using the Auto via (AP7). The villa is completely private and the only noise you regularly here is that of crickets

Within 1 hour drive of the villa: Benidorm with its theme parks and water parks, shopping and night life. Benidorm Palace is recommended Alicante airport and Valencia airport and their respective cities (both are interesting cities).

Most budget airlines fly into either Valencia or Alicante airports.
Travel from both these locations takes approx.90 mins on a very good motorway A7/E15

The lounge and dining area have beautiful views over the mountains while outside the pool, with barbecue area and both open and covered terraces provides the perfect setting for the ultimate holiday
Further details outdoors: Casa Moreana is away from the madding crowd but within a few minutes drive of all the action. The atmosphere in the area is laid back and relaxing. Indeed the air is so pure that for the first few nights you may sleep like a log.
The night sky itself shows the heavens in all their glory amd the sun shines on the villa all day long - NOT all villas on Monte Pego have sun all day - you need to ask. Yet despite this idyllic environment the road network is excellent, (even quite minor roads) and getting around is a pleasure and a stress free experience.
Driving in Spain is generally a pleasure, where drivers are courteous and obey the Rules of the Road

Air conditioning is provided on a 'fair use' basis in the months of July and August only - it will be extra outside this period.Maximum permitted free is 6 hours per day( 17.00-23.00hrs)

"Dessie and Sarah - had a wonderful holiday , just as we remembered it. Weather was glorious all week and we did not want to end the holiday. Stephen and Ashley you were great. Swiss and Indian restaurants were superb. Never had an Indian like it. Back to Ireland with batteries fully re-charged and thank you both again and see you soon
