Pedreguer is the gateway to the beautiful Orba Valley famous for its orange groves. Pedreguer has a sports centre and a culture centre that stages many exhibitions and acts. In the summer month of July Pedreguer holds fiestas dedicated to Sant Bonaventura with bull-running throughout the town. Pedreguer also hosts the fiestas of Sant Blai and Sant Antoni.

La Sella Golf The golf course was designed by the prolific José María Olazábal in 1991. La Sella is one of the most important courses designed by the double champion of the Masters in Agusta.
Enjoy in Denia an 18-hole round of golf, with 9 more under construction, known internationally for its excellent conditions for playing golf throughout the year. Its 6,289 metres has been played by the top names in European golf.
La Sella Golf has been headquarters of the Peugeot Circuit since 2007 and has hosted national team events and other big events.
It is a wide and varied course, located in an area which is protected. Its design is appropriate for all levels of players.
Golf in Denia The 18 holed La Sella Golf Club is surrounded by a Mediterranean ecosysytem of woods and mountains and is flanked by the impressive Montgó Natural Park. From every corner of the course you can see different speices of olive trees, orange trees and almond trees, which makes this course, along with the pleasant climate, a golfer’s paradise.
Denia / Pedreguer area
Within the typical Spanish village of Pedreguer you will find supermarket, shops, post office, banks, and weekly market as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, or tapas bars. Pedreguer is close to the beaches of Javea and Denia yet it is away from the maddening crowds and so it makes for a good holiday location if you want to enjoy the northern Costa Blanca. Pedreguer is surrounded by orange groves and vineyards and a trip inland to the Jalon Valley or Orba Valley is highly recommended.
Pedreguer also benefits from being just off the A-7 motorway (autoroute) so Alicante airport to the south or Valencia airport to the north are both just about an hour's drive.
For golfers, the 18 hole course at La Sella is within a 10 minute drive, as is the luxurious Marriot Hotel whose facilities include spa, fitness centre, indoor pool, horse riding, and tennis. Within easy driving distance is Javea, Moriara, Calpe and Benidorm where you find an abundance of nightlife, Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Valencia, and cheap airlines to fly with include EasyJet, FlyBe and Ryanair. Then the Villa is an easy drive along the coast from either airport, and very simple to find in the urbanization.

Further details indoors: The properties are tastefully furnished and are partially air conditioned. The accommodation consists of: a light and modern open plan main living room with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a downstairs guest toilet. The lounge benefits from satellite TV with English "free view" channels an integral DVD player and a CD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample storage a full oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The spacious bedrooms are light, tastefully furnished with ample storage and ceiling fans. There are two twin single bedrooms and one double bedroom in the 3 bedroom and a double and twin single in the 2 bedroom
The 2 & 3 Bedroom Double bedroom have patio doors leading to a small upper terrace.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a covered naya with seating and BBQ area plus a small garden area in which to enjoy “alfresco” dining. There is also a small area at the rear of the house which is enclosed and private as well
The 3 Bedroom has a large roof top solarium with views of the mountains and sea.
The communal pool is shared by only nine town houses.
