This new bungalow, which has been built and furnished to an extremely high standard, is situated in the tranquil surroundings of Beniarbeig in the Orba valley , nestling within the backdrop of the Sierra de Segaria mountains and within an area of lush vegetation of interlocking fields of citrus, almond and olive trees. The bungalow has the benefit of both front and back terraces ('all day sun'), a large lounge/dining area adjoining an extensively equipped American kitchen with breakfast bar, two double/twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. A communal swimming pool (serving just nine properties) is next to the property. A perfect location to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, whether you want to relax or indulge in all the diverse activities within the area.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the whole of Spain with mountains meeting the sea. The area is full of lush vegetation with citrus, almond and olive groves growing in abundance. There are white sandy beaches and rocky pebbled coves lapped by the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Inland there are spectacular mountain ranges and equally spectacular valleys. The area has 320 sunny days a year and the temperature rarely drops below 15 degrees even in winter. The area is recognised by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest areas in the world to live. Eating out can be cheap with Menus of the Day from 6 euros (3 courses plus wine/beer). Freshly caught seafood and locally grown fruit are in abundance.
Although situated in the peaceful romantic environs on the outskirts of Beniarbeig, the bungalow is just 15 minutes drive away from the 20kms of sandy beaches of cosmopolitan Denia and just 20 minutes away from the beaches, bars and restaurants of Javea. The bars and shops in Beniarbeig are a few minutes walk away and the larger town of Ondara is a few minutes drive.
In addition to the many bars, restaurants and night clubs situated in Denia and Javea there are a multitude of excellent local restaurants serving the best of Mediterranean cuisine in the Jalon Valley, Pedreguer, Orba and Pego. Adjoining the Javea La Sella golf course is the luxury five star hotel facilities provided by the Marriott group. Within the hotel complex there is a health club, spa facilities, a casino and many bars/restaurants to cater for all tastes. Further afield near Benidorm there is Terra Mitica, a theme park based on ancient Mediterranean cultures, Aqualandia, a huge water amusement park for both adults and children, Terra Natura, an animal theme park and Mundomar, the Costa Blanca´s answer to Disney´s Seaworld.
Valencia and Alicante are only an hour away for a day in the City or some 'Retail Therapy'.
Golfers will find themselves spoilt for choice with the excellent golfing facilities ranging from the superb 18 hole championship courses at the Olazabal designed La Sella and Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova to the 9 hole courses at Javea, Benissa Ifach and Altea Don Cayo. Further afield you have the internationally acclaimed courses near Valencia of El Saler and El Bosque plus a plethora of course around Alicante. For non-golfers there are many other activities in the area, ranging from horse riding at 'Centro Hipico Javea' and 'Escuela de Equitacion La Sella', to a wide range of water sports at Denia and tennis at the La Sella Marriott Hotel complex. The area is excellent for walkers with paths that follow ancient trails to terrain that can be as rugged and challenging as the Scottish mountains. The is plenty for the watersports enthusiast with light sailing, cruising, kite-surfing, canoeing, deep-sea diving classes and boat rentals available around the port/marina area of Denia.
Denia / Beniarbeig area
Beniarbeig is a prosperous agricultural village close to the town of Ondara and has a few shops and bars which are popular with expatriates and the local Spanish. Denia (capital of Marina Alta) is a delightful cosmopolitan town, rich in history and with its streets being a fascinating showcase of architecture through the ages. The town also benefits from the 20kms of seafront - enough sand and space for everyone. There is a narrow gauge railway linking Denia to Alicante and ferries leave daily from Denia for Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza. Not far away is the famous wine growing region of the Jalon Valley with its numerous vineyards and rich vegetation. The area offers wonderful walking in a landscape of pinnacles, ridges, enormous crags with valleys of pine, citrus and almond groves. Traditional villages provide real Spanish hospitality and a contrast from the coastal areas. Cicerone hiking books, maps and the RockFax Climbing guide are available in the property.
How to get there
Alicante and Valencia Airports are a 1 hour drive away. Murcia San Javier airport is a 1 hour 45 mins drive. The drive is along the A7 motorway and Beniarbeig is a 10 minute drive from junction 62, Ondara.

Excellent location and villa. Cycling was outstanding. Charming & quiet village, it is a beautiful place to relax and absorb Spain.
Superb location and villa, been abroad numerous times and this is the best accommodation we have been in.
Most definitely a ‘home from home’, perfect location, kids had a great time & could play safely within the grounds without having to worry that they could get out.
Excellent accommodation in a wonderful location. The house has everything we could need, the village is lovely and the area has plenty to see and do.
We had a wonderful holiday staying at the very comfortable Casa Jazmin. The accommodation and surrounding area gave you a feeling of the ‘real’ Spain.
Used as a base for rock climbing. Superb area. Very comfortable & great value.
We immediately felt at home here and have enjoyed the garden & pool. We felt much thought had been given to providing little extras.
