The Jacarandas apartments were newly completed in 2007. They are located up on the hill overlooking the Montgo and bay of Denia. The views reach as far as Valencia on a clear day. The picturesque costal towns of Javea, Denia and Moraira are all a short drive away. La Sella is an exclusive mature urbanisation with a mix of residential and holiday homes. The La Sella development has an 18 hole golf course, 5 star Marriott Hotel, complete with gym and spa facilities as well as, equestrian centre offering various horseriding activities and 8 tennis courts. The spa includes 12 therapy rooms thermal bath areas an aromatic garden whirlpool and hydrotheraphy areas. Also on site are a mini supermarket, pharmacy, resort office information centre, restaurant and coffee shop.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The climate in the Alicante Region of the Costa Blanca is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. During the winter, the region has nearly as many sunny days as during the Summer! There are well over 100 km of sandy beaches and rocky coves to explore; many of the beaches have been awarded the EU's Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety. This part of the Costa Blanca is mountainous, with cliffs and coves and a variety of pebble and sandy beaches.


Denia / La Sella Development area

The Jacarandas apartments were newly completed in 2007. They are located up on the hill overlooking the Montgo and bay of Denia. The views reach as far as Valencia on a clear day. The clubhouse and main entrance to the La Sella 18 hole championship golf course is only a few minutes by car. Green fees 50€ (18 holes) 30€ (9 holes). Golf cars/trolleys available for hire. Bustling Denia is a 10 minute drive with its sandy beaches or great rock pools at Les Rotes with neighbouring towns of Moraira and Javea only 20 minutes away with their beautiful beaches and many restaurants. The beach at Denia extends for twenty kilometres to the north with big wide sandy beaches. Dénia has a wonderful climate, whilst its landscape, is an added plus to its blue waters. To the south of Denia the nature reserve of el Montgó separates the towns of Denia and Javea , the magnificent Montgó mountain rising to a height of 758 metres. Seen from the south the mountain resembles the profile of an elephant. The port area of Javea is a working fishing harbour. There is also a pebble beach and pedestrian front dotted with bars and restaurants. To the southern side of Javea is the Arenal with a sandy man made beach and many bars and restaurants. Slightly further finland from the coast is the old town of Javea with cobbled streets and old Spanish style townhouses.

Long term rentals are euros 575 per month plus utility bills plus a secuirty deposit.
