This luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is 100 metres from the 6th Tee of La Sella Championship Golf Course. It is in a corner position with a large terrace overlooking a beautiful swimming pool with separate children's section and well maintained communal gardens. There is ample car parking available.
Close to the apartment you will also find tennis courts, riding stables and bicycle hire. Internet access is available next to the pharmacy. This is the "real" Spain with orange, lemon and almond groves and beautiful scenery in all directions.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Within easy reach of all the amenities on offer in Denia (4Km by car) & Javea (6Km by car). it is also just a short drive away from the beautiful valleys of Jalon, Orba and pego with tranquil villages sitting amongst the vineyards, orange and almond groves.
Denia (very cosmopolitan) has both sandy beaches and rocky coves and is just 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Javea is a 15 minute drive from the apartment and has beaches and a beautiful port. Other places of interest along the coast include Moraira, calpe and Altea all of which offer beautiful beaches and seaside walks.
Many activities are available including snorkelling, scuba diving, jet ski-ing and boat trips along the coast, and even day trips to Ibiza from Denia port. Benidorm (it all goes on here!!) is 50Km away.
Denia / La Sella Development area
Golf (5 mins drive from the apartment). La Sella 18 hole Golf Course deisigned by Jose Maria Olazabel with plans to extend to 27 holes in the near future. Buggies are available. Golf Driving range next to the clubhouse. The Denia Marriott Hotel at La Sella also offers gym and spa facilities. There are also many other golf courses in the area.
Tennis (2 mins drive from the apartment). There are clay and artificial grass tennis courts at La Sella with coaching available. Horse Riding (2 mins drive from the apartment). The horse riding livery stables at La Sella offers lessons and day hacking packages for all levels of experience.
The Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar Sea life Centre and Aqualandia Water Park are only 40mins drive away. Vergel Safari Park is only a 15 minute drive from the apartment.
A brand new indoor shopping mall is only a 10 minute drive away with designer shops and a large hypermarket.
How to get there
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are within 1 hours drive of the property.
Cheap flights are available through most budget airlines, in particular Monarch, Easy jet, BMi baby and Ryan Air. Carjet offers some great car hire prices online and at both Airports.
