Home description

This is a modern two bedroom apartment with enclosed garden. There is lift access from the underground car park which makes this apartment suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

The communal swimming pool is unusual in the fact that it has been built in the shape of a dolphin. Around the pool is a garden area and loungers are available for the use of guests. There is also communal seating with chairs and shading is also available.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This apartment can be accessed by using either Alicante or Valencia Airport either airport is approximately an hour and a quarter driving distance.

Javea, Moraira and Calpe are within a short driving distance of this apartment. Train and bus links are good and Benidorm can also be accessed by using public transport. It is possible to visit Ibiza using the regular ferry service.

The beautiful beach is within 5 minutes walkable distance (on the flat). In the summer a beach bar is available which serves snacks and all year round a restaurant is situated beside the beach serving a full range of food to suit all tastes.


Denia area

Denia has numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks and a regular evening market selling a range of unusual jewellery and clothes amongst other items. From Denia it is possible to travel by car or public transport to places of interest.

For those wishing to go to Benidorm a large weekly market is held on Wednesdays and Sundays and the beach and numerous restaurants are well worth visiting.

Several golf clubs are within a short driving distance of this apartment.
