Home description

The apartment is situated within walking distance to the beach, less than 10 minutes walk. The ground level gives you a private garden, easy with kids. The comunity pool and garden is lovely with one pool for adults and one for children. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a travelcot as well as 2 baby trollies in the apartment.

The area has several nice restaurants within walking distance as well as brand new supermarket.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

A very genuine Spanish area with a fine climate all year around. You will find many orange and olives plantations and the the coast line about 20 km of white sandy beaches. Here you will find a fabulous scenery with the mountains meeting the sea in many areas. The temperature between 15 in the wintertime and 32 C in the summer. The area is fantastic for golfing with many golfcourses in a short distance.

Denia / El Vergel area

The town of Denia is a small, genuine old Spanisch town. You will find many thing to do from golfing to montainbiking.

The countryside surrounding the Montgo and Jalon valleys is idaeal for walkers and for montain biking. Denia is located between Alicante and Valencia and both towns can be reached within one hour. Here you can enjoy shopping and site seeing.

In the surroundings you will find places like Javea, Calpe, Altea and Moraira which are all beautiful places to visit.
