Phrema Villa is located just two minutes’ walk from the beach, in a residential area that is one of Spain’s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the town of Denia, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end, perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious Garden, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one single bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

According to the World Health Organisation Denia and surroundings has one of the three best climates in the whole world because of its pure air.

A unique, nice, pleasant, favourable, dry and stable climate with mild, calm, soft winters and temperatures of 16 - 21º and an average year temperature of 20º.

Denia has a 9 month summer and 3 month spring. Summers are hot but because of the fresh breeze from the sea it never gets too hot. The sun shines 320 days with 2500 sun-hours per year.

The Costa Blanca is famous for its white coastline, clean waters, beautiful nature and many things to discover.


The best of Spain just an hour from Valencia and Alicante. The Costa Blanca is a popular destination for sun lovers as its climate is great and it boasts miles of sandy beaches. For those of a historical bent, there are also many castles and museum around to visit.

Valencia and Alicante are wonderful places to explore for a day out- cathedrals, shopping, culture, tapas. Benidorm is about 30 minutes drive from Denia and has a great water theme park (Aqualandia) plus Terra Mitica (Alton Towers-type theme park) and Terra Natura (animal park). The famous Benidorm Palace has nightly shows.

There are also many golf courses in the area.

The Denia / Els Poblets area

Denia boasts some of the best coastline in Spain with 19 km of beaches with clean white sand and lots of "chiringuitos".. wood bars on the beach that serve a range of appetising snacks! Good restaurants, bars and shops are to be found in Denia or Javea, around10 km from the property.

The village is very friendly with a good supermarket, bakery, several bars and restaurants and a tourist information office. It is an hour's journey by car from either Alicante or Valencia airports.

The villa is less than 200m from the beach (the nearest beach to the villa is stony, but there are stretches of sandy beach on either side) and is an ideal base from which to explore the delights of Denia and Gandia, the nearby mountains and cities of Alicante and Valencia. Javea, Calpe, Moraira and Benidorm are all within easy reach.

Denia, the nearest town, is six miles away and reachable by car or local bus. It is a picturesque port town and a former Roman city, with a fortress overlooking the marina. It is popular with tourists during the summer months but has successfully retained its Spanish character.

Denia is full of Festivals of all sorts (originating in themselves), Leisure, museums, archaeological Roman remains and the centre of Denia is crowned by the medieval castle; furthermore there are a casino, cinemas, disco, etc. You can visit charming villages such as Gata, Xabia, Benissa, Moraira, Calpe, Benidorm, the magnificent fortress of Guadalest and the beautiful city of Valencia and also Alicante. The huge Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica theme Park are in Benidorm.

“Wish we could come back” The villa had a lovely Spanish feel. The outside area was a real treat with the large pool and variety of seating areas, we spent a lot of time there! it was very near the beach which was lovely to relax on day or evening. What made it extra special were the added touches such as fresh lemons from the garden and candles left in the pool on return from dinner-how thoughtful. Lots if things to do in surrounding areas, a car is definitely needed but we knew this already. Waterfalls and a boat ride come highly recommended. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing villa where you can really chill out this is the thing for you. We hope we can return again next year!

“Lovely villa in great place” Very Homely Villa, with private garden and nice size pool. Lots of improvements have been made to the gardens and outside area to make this a lovely villa. Extra touches like bowls of fresh fruit and flowers added to the experience. Warm welcome on arrival, enjoyed it so much have already booked to go back.

“A very relaxing & tranquil place to stay” The villa is set just a 2 minute walk from Els Poblets beach. The area is very quiet, not at all touristy but perfectly situated in a residential area. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, including Hero (which in our opinion is the best in Els Poblets) and a supermarket with a good bakery & butchers. The villa itself is very private without anybody over looking you. We took our Cocker Spaniel with us and the villa is totally secure. The gardens are mature and provide shade, also pomegranates & lemons! There are two main seating areas, one with all day sunshine, perfect for sunbathing and another table and chairs under a gazebo which stays shady for most of the day, ideal for having breakfast and lunch al fresco. The pool is lovely, a nice size but very chilly! The villa is very nice, it has everything that you could possibly need and want. The owners have tried, and succeeded in creating a 'home from home' environment, typically Spainish in style. There is a full laundry room, ironing facilities and a clothes dryer in the garden. Both double bedrooms have air conditioning units, one bedroom has en suite with a full bathroom. The single room is ideal for a child. We will be staying at this villa again without a doubt. It is not 5* luxury but it is homely, perfectly situated if you like a quiet typically Spanish setting & good value for money.
