Home description
Light, bright and modern, Valle Del Sol is the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Ideal for familes, couples or friends, the bungalow is designed for casual, comfortable and relaxed living. The kitchen is fully kitted out to make the most of cooking the local produce. There are two bedrooms, both with plenty of storage, one has a king sized bed and the other has twin beds. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath and again lots of storage. The large living room has a dining table to seat 6 at one end and 2 double sofa beds, TV with digibox and large patio doors onto the terrace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Valle Del Sol is in an ideal location to experience the best that the Costa Blanca has to offer. Within a 30 minute radius from the house you can take in the thrills and spills of Benidorm, the wine growing region in the Jalon Valley, the beaches of Denia, the mountain views of the Sierra de Seguria, the caves in Benidoleig, the Safari Park in El Verger, play a round of golf, take a boat to Ibiza or a train to Valencia... the list is endless. Whatever your idea of a perfect holiday you are sure to find what you're looking for here.
Denia / Beniarbeig area
Beniarbeig on the outskirts of Denia, is a typical spanish village relying on agriculture for its livelihood, an attempt to speak spanish to the locals earns you a warm welcome! In the village there is a bank, post office, bakery, butcher, mini supermarket and newsagent and there is a large supermarket in neighbouring Ondara. Local producers sell fruit, meat and cheese in the square on tuesday mornings.
In addition to the many bars, restaurants and clubs situated in Denia and Javea there are plenty of excellent local restaurants in the Jalon Valley, Pedreguer and Orba.
Further afield near Benidorm there is Terra Mitica, one of the biggest and most beautiful theme parks in the world, Aqualandia, a huge water amusement park for both adults and children, and Mundomar, the Costa Blanca’s answer to Disney’s Seaworld.
Golfers will find themselves spoilt for choice with the excellent golfing facilities ranging from the superb 18 hole championship courses at La Sella and Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova to the 9 hole courses at Javea, Benissa Ifach and Altea Don Cayo.
For non-golfers there are many other activities in the area, ranging from horse riding at 'Escuela de Equitacion La Sella', to a wide range of water sports at Denia and tennis at La Sella.
If you are lucky your visit may coincide with one of the many fiestas that the area boasts: Las Fallas in March, Bous a la mer in July or Moors and Christians are the main ones.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Valencia airport (Alicante tends to have a greater availability of budget flights). Hire a car from the airport, travel on the A7 motorway (approx 50 mins) and the bungalow is 10 mins from exit 62

Further details outdoors: Valle Del Sol 2 is a delightful new development of 22 holiday homes and set in tranquil landscaped gardens. There is an attractive shared swimming pool with separate toddler pool and panoramic mountain views. Around the pool is plenty of space to set up a deckchair, watch the swimmers and read a book! Alongside the development are olive groves and orange and lemon trees adding to the peace and beauty of the setting.
