A nice relaxing tranquil surroundings with paramount views of the mountains, sea and the golf course. A modern newly built two bedroom apartment en-suite bathroom and two single beds, double bed and sofa bed. Sleeps 6 people.Fully airconditioned . Overlooking the pool at the rear of the bedrooms.
There is also a gym with cadio equipment for those who likes to keep themselves in trim.

Bar and restaurant ,local shops and tennis courts is approximately 10 minutes walking distance.

Located in Denia which offers 20 kilometres of coastline, fine sandy beaches and a marina, to the South is a paradise for divers and fishermen.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca offers 100 miles of coastline featuring turquoise seas and white sandy beaches centred around the main airport and medieval town of Alicante. Beaches are numerous and attractive all along this beautiful stretch of Spain but there is more to offer in this holiday region than sunbathing, buckets and spades and water sports. The mountainous interior offers plentiful fascinating and intact medieval towns and fortified villages to explore. There are also lots of sports facilities including plenty of golf courses.

The Costa Blanca includes several charming traditional towns including Denia and Javea in the North which are overlooked by mountain landscape. In the South many other places of interest include Guardamar, Torrevieja and Elche, the latter famous for its concentration of palm trees. There is also Villajoyosa, South of Benidorm, with its grand old town. For many though the Costa Blanca is synonymous with Benidorm, its cobbled streets competing with a spectacular modern skyline, beautiful beaches and some of the liveliest nightlife in Europe.

The Denia / La Sella Development area

For nightlife, there are various night clubs,cafes,pubs,discos and night spots in Las Marinas. Or for watersports you can try any of the following sailing,windsurfing,diving,fishing,rowing and swimming.

Activities: Mountain climbing, handgliding, quad bike riding, mountain biking or hiking. There is also an 27 hole golf course , a horse riding school and donkey rides. Denia has a tree lined town centre.
You can take a short trip by ferry to Ibiza. You can indulge yourself at a 5 star Marriot Hotel spa with Hydrotherapy spa pool with Turkish and aromatic steam rooms. You can also enjoy the outside hot tub overlooking the golf course and Mountains,all as a non resident.

Benidorm is approximately half an hour drive away to visit Terra Mitica Theme Park for the whole family.
Aqualandia is a large water Park.Mundomar has something for everyone a great day out for the whole family,there they have flamingoes,turtles,sea lions,seals penguins,parrots and much more.

Take the AP7 Motorway to exit 62 (Denia-Ondara-Javea).
Immediately after the toll booths follow the road towards Pedreguer.
Continue up to the roundabout signposted Denia-Pedreguer.
Take the Denia exit and just after the roundabout, in around 200 meters,you will see the entrance to La sella golf. from where you should follow the signs for information and seveden office.

Please collect keys for the apartment from this office.
