In this resort you have access to the fabulous communal swimming pool; with a shallow area for very young children, a horseriding school, and tennis. There is a lovely restaurant and bar, a small supermarket and pharmacy on site.
The nearby 5* Marriott Hotel is well worth a visit and offers a spa, gym, beauty salon, hairdresser, two restaurants and a lively pool bar. They also offer free Wi-fi connections from their relaxing lounge areas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca is renowned for it's natural beauty. The local beaches are some of the best in Europe, and most boast the EU Blue Flag awarded for beach safety and water quality.
The lively resort town of Denia is a short drive away, where you will find a full range of watersports and a multitude of quality bars and restaurants and a brand new shopping centre with free parking.
Inland you will discover and fabulous Orba and Jalon valleys, full of grape vines and orange groves, hilltop villages and a taste of old Spain.
More lively coastal towns such as Javea, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm with it's huge theme park 'Terramitica', sealife and water parks are less than an hour's drive.
Denia / La Sella Development area

Denia, just a short drive from the complex, has fantastic restaurants and tapas bars catering for all tastes to eat in or out and watch the world go by.
Visit Denia castle for an amazing view of the area. Vergel drive through safari park is well worth a visit and only a few minutes drive.
Catch the morning ferry to the Balearic Islands and spend the day in Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca or Formentera from the port (www.viamare.com). Fishing trips also run from the harbour where they have a twice weekly fish market.
Go karting or quad biking is available locally. There is 20km of sandy beach where you are sure to find a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the sun.
'La Marina' centre boasting over 100 shops with cafes, restaurants and a bowling alley is a short drive away and a great place to buy presents. There is a large market which travels to the local towns and a summer evening market by the harbour by locl crafts people selling great quality gifts.
La Sella has a small supermarket on site but there are many others in the area selling from traditional Spanish produce to well known British brands.
Benidorm, less than an hour's drive, has two very good parks for a fun day out 'Aqualandia' water park and 'Mundomar' sea life park not forgetting Spain's largest theme park 'Terra Mitica'.
The coast road (N332) is full of small tradional spanish towns with beautiful squares, churches, and fantastic views of the sea.
Inland you can drive up into the mountains through the orange groves and visit attractions such as the amazing natural falls 'Fonts D'Algar' or the famous 'eagles nest' Moorish fortress at Guadalest dating back to 1715.
If you want to travel a bit further afield the cities of Alicante and Valencia are around 50mins drive and are a fantastic day out.

Fly to Alicante or Valencia Airport - less than 1 hours drive from either. Cheap flights available from Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2, Bmibaby from many Uk airports. From Scotland Globespan, Air Scotland and XL fly direct; air France and BA require connections. Cheap and reliable car hire from Victoria cars book online and collect from Alicante airport.

Further details indoors: This new 2007 apartment is furnished to a very high standard with all the modern comforts you would want to make for a perfect holiday for up to six people. It has a light and airy lounge/dining roomith air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, one main bathroom, two air conditioned bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin room with an en suite shower room. The lounge sofa turns into a comfortable double bed and there is also a travel cot and high seat for the little ones.
The lounge doors open out to a spacious terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers to relax and enjoy the amazing views.
Further details outdoors: The apartment complex is accessed through remote controlled gates, providing a safe and secure enviroment for children to play and families to relax. The Apartment is located on the second floor and enjoys magnificent views from the spacious terrace towards the La Sella golf course, the dramatic Montgo mountain range, and the sea. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area and a private covered parking space.
Conditions
SHORT BREAKS - Available between Nov - May (not incl. school holidays) please call for prices. A non- refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable in advance upon initial reservation, the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. If it is a late booking the whole amount is payable.
An Additional refundable deposit of £200 is also due upon final payment.
