Very popular with families and couples. These sought after luxury properties are situated in a small gated complex of 20 apartments, set within stunning landscaped Mediterranean gardens with large communal pool, in a quiet residential area at the foot of the majestic Montgo mountain. At Alqueria Sol you are close to all amenities but far enough away to be able to enjoy peace and quiet during your stay. Is there just two of you-then ask about our one bedroom tariff. The one bedroom apartment has been particularly popular with couples of all ages, it is a real home from home and benefits from two balconies, one of which has been converted into a cosy conservatory. The other has a good vista of the Montgo itself . It also has an extensive video, DVD and book library for your enjoyment.
The two bedroom apartments have been fitted with leather sofas to give a very modern and luxurious feel, and have proved popular with both couples and families. The master bedrooms have double beds and the other bedroom, twin beds. Couples, or couples with a baby can rent these two bedroom properties on a reduced one bedroom tariff outside July and August. All just yards from the shared pool.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This complex is situated in a quiet residental area at the foot of the majestic Montgo mountains approx 1.5 km from the centre of the cosmopolitan town of Denia which boasts an ancient castle and a bustling port, lined with superb restaurants and tapas bars.
Approx 2km from the complex are spectacular 'EU blue flag' sandy beaches.
Denia area
Denia is famous for holding more fiestas than any other spanish town.
The following are without doubt the best of the Fiesta's in Denia and we would encourage you to plan your holiday with these in mind.
"LAS FALLAS" 15th-19th March 2006 "Las Fallas" the most important Festival in the Valenciano Calendar, local neighbourhoods within Denia spend all year designing and making Character scenes from Paper Mache, that tower three stories high. These are constructed around various points in Denia during the week of "Las Fallas" and are then judged, the best one is spared and placed in a museum and on mid-night of 19th March all the others are stuff with fireworks and then burned, one after the other. The fires are so fierce that they light up the sky for miles around. Throughout the fiesta other events such as a procession parading of the "Las Fallas" queens also takes place
SANTISSIMA SANG (RUNNING OF THE BULLS) First Fortnight in July (Awaiting exact dates for 2006) This is a ten day fiesta, each day at 1pm and 7pm, the bulls are run down the main street of Denia "Marques de Campo" into a bull ring in the Harbour, where mad young people proceed to taunt and tease the bulls, who usually end up charging the participants into the sea. Each evening during the festival, events such as Concerts by famous Spanish singers, events for children, street entertainers take place.
MOORS AND CHRISTIANS 10th-16th August Celebrated all over Spain celebrating the conquest of the Christians over the Muslim rule in Spain. This is a fantastic festival. The whole event depicts the history of the event, from the Landing, Peace Treatment and Settlement. It includes a Parade of the Moors and Christians through to a battle on the last day of the festival. Colourful and noisy, no summer holiday would be complete without seeing this fantastic spectacle. Although the festival is held over 6 days the main dates for this festival are the 14th, 15th and 16th. ------------------------------------ 32ND AMERICAS CUP is to be held in Valencia during 2007, the city has undergone major refurbishment to accommodate this huge event, Denia is conveniently close enough(one hours drive) for our customers to enjoy all the festivities but also provides a quiet retreat away from Spains third largest city during this time. You can fly to Alicante or Valencia Airports. The journey is approximately 65 minutes from either airport. We will of course provide you with detailed directions on booking.

The two bedroom apartment have one double bedroom and one twin room, each with ample wardrobe space and bedside cabinets. The one bedroom apartment has twin beds. Each have a luxurious bathroom that consists of a bath with shower, bidet, handbasin and toilet. A spacious lounge with comfortable seating areas and TV, DVD and stereo system along with dining room table and chairs.
The lounge leads out onto a balcony and all apartments have table and chairs for al-fresco dining. A fully furnished kitchen with both conventional and microwave ovens, toaster, fridge-freezer and leads into a utility area with washing machine.some even have dishwashers the ultimate luxury on holiday!
