About the home

MontgoSol 17 is located on a small complex with outstanding views of Montgo Mountain. The apartment is well-presented throughout with all of the facilities required for a family holiday. There is an ample-sized private terrace and garden area to the rear of the apartment with access to the communal swimming pool.

Denia is a traditional Spanish town boasting over 300 restaurants and bars, as well as its award winning Marina and Medieval castle. There are two championship golf courses within a short drive, horse-riding facilities nearby and in addition to this visitors can explore the Montgo National Park.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca is remains typically Spanish yet offering all of the amenities required for a modern holiday. The climate is good all year round with temperatures in July/ August typically in excess of 30 degress Celsius whilst in the winter rarely dropping below 15 degrees Celsius during the day. Valencia and Alicante cities are within an hour of the villa, inland gems include Xativa and the Jalon Valley.

The Denia / Montgo Sol area

Denia is mentioned in the Guiness Book of Records for the number of fiestas throughout the year. These include the popular Fallas (Fire Festival) in March, the Festival of San Roque in early July and the Moors and Christians Festival in mid-August. During the early evening Denia Marina (as featured in the 2007 America's Cup) is a pleasant place to enjoy a meal, a drink or evening stroll, however at night it becomes a lively place to party into the early hours.

Denia Castle as well as being a popular tourist site, with architectural museum and breathtaking viewsof the town and marina, hosts many cultural events throughout the year including live Flamenco shows and classical concerts.

The Montgo National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is popular with both walkers and cyclists alike.

Approximately 90km from either Alicante or Valencia airports (served by Easyjet, Ryanair, BMIBaby, Jet.com, Monarch). All major hire car companies are available at both airports (most have a local office). Ferries to Ibiza and Mallorca depart regularly from Denia.
