Something a little different....dramatic, immediate sea views...not a 'typical' holiday apartment by any means.

Truly luxury standard - again, not a claim to be made lightly - seafront, duplex apartment (two floors). 40 metres from waters edge in Les Rotes Marine Reserve – a most beautiful part of Costa Blanca - bordering Denia. A government classified Marine Reserve with quiet rocky inlets great for snorkelling & also walkable to cafes/, restaurants & large sandy beach (in addition to the coves near your aprtment) . Superb large shared pool surrounded by sunny & grassy shaded areas. Sea views from lounge, dining room and one of three bedrooms. Air con (small supplement) & satellite TV. Small but well stocked supermarket approx thirteen minutes walk.

No need to drive if you don’t wish as there are restaurants bars within 1 to 5 mins walk. The historic centre of Denia and Denia’s famous port town is only a 20 min walk or cheap taxi ride.

Even though a car is not essential given this location, we would recommend you hire a car from the airport as its a relatively inexpensive way to travel to / from airport and.. to exlpore further afield in thie very scenic province.

The internal specification of this property is simply fantastic (again, not something to be said lightly) and as you look out from the dining room and mezzanine lounge onto the vivid blue water outside you’ll feel a real sense of having succeeded in getting away from the well trodden, busier areas of this part of Spain.

While this property couldn't be referred to as cheap it represents phenomenal value for money for a property of this calibre ie a luxury spec. propert in a beachfront location tucked away from traffic and walkable to beach, bar and restaurant.

In terms of genuine value for money it is superb. A VERY rare property in a simply unbeatable location

Denia / Les Rotes area

Les Rotes is a superbly unusual & beautiful spanish seafront location which (in no way) has been spoilt. It borders the Marine Reserve great for snorkelling and has wonderful views to Montgo mountain. Only a short hop to Denia town centre but well away from the beaten path. This particular stretch of shoreline is more reminiscent of a greek island than a Costa location.

Nearby Dénia town is a delightful, cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture. With superb family friendly beaches and great restaurants / shops. A popular destination for people from all over Spain and Europe, Dénia is still a working town with an active fishing fleet, daily ferry services to the Balearic islands and many Spanish businesses.

The people of Dénia are warm and friendly, they are proud of their beautiful town, heritage and culture. The Spanish people are happy to share with everyone their many colourful fiestas and festivals with music, food & fireworks. The town's focal point is the 16th century castle, which dominates the old town from a height of 58m.

Relaxed shopping in Dénia expands into narrow cobbled lanes from the main paseo, Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful place to sit and relax in the many cafes which occupy this truly mediterranean tree lined avenue. As well as offering the high street essentials, there are some exquisite boutiques and gift shops. A multitude of restaurants offer the best of regional and international cuisine.


How to get there

Fly to either Alicante or Valencia. Both are approximately one (easy) hours drive from property.
All the low cost airlines can be used as well as charter airlines and scheduled airlines.

By train: Train to Alicante or Valencia then Denia

By bus: Bus to Denia Station

By boat: Daily lines in connection with Baleares.

By road: N-332:
- Take motorway A-7 signposted Valencia-Alicante.
- Then take exit 62 (Denia) and continue until the Harbour of Denia.
- Continue on the A-132 signposting a Les Rotes.
