Villa Del Mar has 2 double bedrooms, both en suite. A lawned enclosed garden with a beautiful swimming pool, with wonderful views of the sea.The house a stone's throw from the beach. The village of Els Poblets a 10 min walk, with restaurants, bars and shops.
A short bus ride to Denia for great shopping and a taste of real Spanish culture. All local amenities on your door step including 2 lovely beach bars. Spanish,German and Italian restaurants a five minute walk away.
Please let us know if you require more than one property for larger groups as my sisters beach house, ( 1 double, 1 twin) House no : 38179 is literally 2 mins down the beach. If booked together a discount will be given !!!!

Air Conditioning hot/cold units throughout. TV is connected to satellite. Large wardrobes in both bedrooms with ample storage. Please bring Towels for beach and pool. Cot and Highchair are stored in the garage.
A welcome pack is supplied containing essentials. There are single mattresses available for small children please mention when booking.

The beach is the perfect place for a Stroll, Swim, Wind Surf, Meal or to just chill with the paper.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There is also a HUGE selection of sports from sailing and windsurfing, to biking and karting. Denia lies directly on the outskirts of the Montgo Mountain, a fact that surfers and sailors admire alot as the wind from the sea is reflected to give a stable watersport resort.
The average Denia weather reaches temperatures of up to 40 C in summer, but hardly less than 5 C during winter.
There is regular bus service right at the end of the road which will take you right into the Centre of Denia.
The Denia / Els Poblets area
If you have a taste for wine then make sure your visit to Jalón (Xaló on some maps and road signs) is in the morning as Jalon is noted for its bodegas and they are all shut during the Siesta!
There are a number of beautiful beaches for all of your sunbathing needs. For the families, there are fabulous white sand beaches.
Children can enjoy playing on the climbing frames while the parents watch from the bars situated on the beach!
While Gandia has its own small 6 hole golf course, the most well known one around is the Oliva Nova golf course.
Designed 1995 by Severiano Ballesteros, the golf resort south of Oliva is one of the best courses at the Costa Blanca. Open all year, the 18 hole golf course charges approx. EUR 75 for the green fee. The entire area is more like a golf resort with hotels and permanent golf property to buy and rent. The ideal place if you want to spend a perfect golf week in Spain
Denia Castle was built in the 11th and 12th century's offering wonderful views around the sea, city and backlands. Within the castle you will find the Palau del Governador with it's musemn. Along with the other intresting musemns in Denia, the Museo Etnologico will give further details on the rich history of Denia
August 14th ,15th and 16th : Moros y Cristianos (Moors and Christians) This is a fantastic site and goes right through the small viliage of Els Poblets great few days not to be missed
Lots of beach activities right along the coast line from Jet skies, Wind Surfing, Hobie Sailing, and more.

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks last august (2011) and had the most wonderful time. We have 2 children under the age of 5 and the villa and grounds were so child friendly that I can honestly say it was the most relaxing holiday imaginable (even with kids!). The layout of the villa is practical and well laid out and the secure walls and gates made it instantly comfortable and safe! The beach at the road is a real bonus and there are plenty of supermarkets to ensure you remain stocked up! Thankyou for a wonderful time we will definitely be back. |
