This lovely ground floor apartment has a double bedroom (twin beds), bathroom, an open plan lounge / kitchen with king size sofa bed and double glazed patio doors leading onto your own private terrace, only fifteen feet from the swimming pool!
The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard including air conditioning throughout with sun terraces to both front and rear. The apartment benefits from a king size sofa bed in the lounge area and will comfortably sleep four and thus provides the perfect accommodation for a family to enjoy a fabulous holiday.
NOTE: Should you require more accommodation for extra friends or relatives, a second apartment which sleeps 4 is available to let on the same developement.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This part of Spain offers a fabulous climate and a wonderful coast line of quiet rocky coves with longer stretches of golden sandy beaches on one side and fantastic mountain scenery on the other.
Boat trips can be taken to explore the coastline stopping at the local ports of Javea, Moriara and Calpe. Places to visit include Aqualandia - water park, Terra Mitica - Theme Park and the Safari Park (all great for children!) and are approximately a 40 minute drive.
The city of Valencia and old town of Alicante are both worth a visit for the shopping alone and the Fortress village of Guadalest, the Botanical Gardens of Elche, and the natural caves of Benidolieg are all within a comfortable drive from the apartment and offer a great day out.
Denia / Las Marinas area
The long glorious sandy beach of Las Marinas is but a five minute walk from the apartment and offers not only a relaxing day by the sea but also a chance to sample the local catch of the day, from the selection of beach front restaurants or from those situated in Las Brisas, the local square. The choice is endless for a welcome rest and re-fuel in the shade or a quiet evening meal, thus all tastes are catered for both day and night.
If you fancy something a little more lively and typically Spanish, situated 4km along the coast, lying beneath the heights of the Montgo Natural Park is the beautiful cosmopiton town of Denia. With its historic castle and famous fiestas, the town offers an exotic mix of spanish and moorish culture.
Shopping is second to none along the beautifully tree lined avenue Marques de Campo, with its marble pavements, street cafes, restaurants and side streets with designer clothes shops. The old quarter near the port of Denia is not to be missed particularly in the evening with its market stalls and restaurants around every corner.
Denia Marina offers sailing and water sports and Denia itself hosts many colourful Fiestas with a typical Spanish carnival atmosphere lasting long into the night! From Denia ferry port you can take a ferry trip to Ibiza, Menorca or Majorca or from Denia station, a narrow guage train will take you along the coast to Alicante! La Sella and Oliva golf courses are both within a 15 minute drive of the apartment.

The journey from both airports is equally pleasant, both hugging the coastal motorway, with rugged mountains allowing teasing glimpses of the clear blue water of the mediterranean at every turn. Approx time 1 hour.

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid six weeks prior to departure. If booking within six weeks of departure then full payment is required.
A refundable deposit of £100 is also required to cover damages/breakages which will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property.
A Charge of £25.00 per party per week for supply and laundering of sheets and towels, and cleaning of the appartment, is required which will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
