The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca is remains typically Spanish yet offering all of the amenities required for a modern holiday. The climate is good all year round with temperatures in July/ August typically in excess of 30 degress Celsius whilst in the winter rarely dropping below 15 degrees Celsius during the day. Valencia and Alicante cities are within an hour of the villa, inland gems include Xativa and the Jalon Valley.
Denia / Montgo Sol area
Denia is mentioned in the Guiness Book of Records for the number of fiestas throughout the year. These include the popular Fallas (Fire Festival) in March, the Festival of San Roque in early July and the Moors and Christians Festival in mid-August. During the early evening Denia Marina (as featured in the 2007 America's Cup) is a pleasant place to enjoy a meal, a drink or evening stroll, however at night it becomes a lively place to party into the early hours.
Denia Castle as well as being a popular tourist site, with architectural museum and breathtaking viewsof the town and marina, hosts many cultural events throughout the year including live Flamenco shows and classical concerts.
The Montgo National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is popular with both walkers and cyclists alike.
