The property is located just 400 metres from the beach in a quiet location, ideal for a relaxing beach side family holiday.
There are shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the apartment and the Spanish village of El Poblets is just a short distance away where you can find a good selection of typical Spanish bars and restaurants.
The larger town of Denia is just 20 minutes away by car or bus where you will find a wider range of shops, bars and restaurants.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca extends along that section of the Mediterranean coast which corresponds to the province of Alicante and is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. To the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches. The traveller can choose any of the corners of this coast, from the most bustling and cosmopolitan to those which still maintain their rural air beside the sea. In any case, the trip to the nearby regions is well worth the venture for they make up a fine representation of the typical Mediterranean countryside.From the valleys, which are covered with stepped orchards and keep alive its Moorish past, to the palm trees of unmistakable African origin, the horizons of the Costa Blanca offer the most varied attractions.
The climate offers variations as well. The temperatures are usually warm with the annual average a little higher than 18ºC. However this can vary between seasons from a very warm 30º-35ºC during July and August to a milder 15º-20ºC in those so called winter months. Rain is of course very scarce.
Denia / El Vergel area
In the local area there is El Verger Safari Park, Pego National Park, Jalon Valley which is famous for its abundance of citrus trees. For a night out visit Benidorm Palace in Benidorm about 30 minutes drive away. Aqualandia Water Park which is also in Benidorm. Guadalest, a spectacular mountain village in the hills above Benidorm. Terra Mitica which is great to keep the children amused or adults who are young at heart. Valencia is only about an hour away with its museums and Art galleries. For the golfers, Oliva Golf Course designed by Seve Ballesteros is only 10 minutes drive away.
Denia itself is a beautiful Spanish town. There is usually an event or fiesta going on in the main street, when they close it off to traffic and everybody takes to the streets. In the summer months there is a craft fair on the harbour front every evening. The Marina at Denia has recently been upgraded as the Americas Cup was held there in 2007.
How to get there
The apartment can be accessed equally from Alicante or Valencia airports approx an hours drive from each. Hire cars are relatively inexpensive in Spain - try travelsupermarket.com to find the best deals.
Easyjet and Ryanair fly from many UK airports to Valencia and Alicante.
Alternatively airport transfers can be arranged by contacting the owner and also full road directions will be provided on placing a booking.
