Home description

Guests remark that this villa has a lovely atmosphere. Enjoy the walled garden with its secluded pool area and Pergola. There is a shaded outside dining area with seating for six provided with a gas BBQ. Only five minutes walk to the village square. Local Bus Service to the beach.

Inside the spacious open plan living area and american style kitchen are ideal for a holiday atmosphere.
The elegant Master Suite upstairs has a large balcony terrace with sun loungers.

Portal de la Marina Covered Shopping Centre is 6 minutes by car. There is a Grocery hypermarket, major retailers, restaurants, bars, cinema and bowling. Free covered Parking.

The villa is ideally placed to explore the many coastal resorts and inland attractions of the Costa Blanca. The cosmopolitan resort of Denia is close by with its huge marina, good shopping, tree lined Marques de Campo with pavement cafes and hundreds of restaurants along the waterfront.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There are many beach resorts to choose from all along the coast. Spend a day at Terra Mitica Theme Park or Aqualandia Water Amusement Park. The historic centres of Gandia and Javea are near by. Visit Valencia, Spain's third largest city, its ancient walled town, America's Cup Harbour, the City of Arts and Sciences and the Fallas Fiesta Museum.

Inland is Guadalest, for good reason one of the most visited attractions in Spain. The roads inland offer stunning views, travel through orange groves, almond trees, vines and discover the pleasures of the countryside.
In the villa you will find tourist guides, maps and travel packs for recommended excursions in the area.


Denia / Beniarbeig area

Just want some rest and relaxation? Spend the day round the pool and in the evening walk to the village and visit one of the local bars, have some tapas, or visit the 'Bus Stop' pizzeria for a meal.... famous for their ribs! There are two further restaurants within walking distance.
If you really don't want to drive anywhere, there is a bus service to Vergel and Denia where you can board the narrow gauge railway taking you to resorts along the coast.

Luxurious, clean and well equipped villa in a quiet area but still close to the village centre. It had everything we needed and more. Nice views of the hills, valley and surrounding villages. It is in an elavated position which makes the most of any breeze. Air conditionting was a big plus as we experienced a very hot spell during our stay. The pool was excellent. We had a fantastic holiday and would thoroughly recommend this villa.. (Mark M stayed during July 2009)
