Villa Harz is a lovely newly constructed 3 bedroom villa situated in a residential area just outside the coastal resort of Denia. A few minutes walking distance from the local beach and close to the typically spanish village of El Poblets where you will find shops, bars and attractive restaurants. Recent additions to the area is a supermarket and several new restaurants all within a few minutes by car.
The spanish port town of Denia is just 10 minutes drive away with its delightful old town and greater choice of shops, bars, restaurants and tree lined streets with a variety of pavement cafes.
The villa itself is situated within its own private grounds, there is a kidney shaped swimming pool, lawned gardens and terraces which provide for all day sun bathing.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Denia / Les Deveses area
Denia is situated at the north of the province of Alicante, in a place with a special warm weather and a great many sunshine days with a mean average temperatiure of 20 degrees centigrade. Denia's beaches are of a remarkable beauity and has an historic centre where the castle raises majestically in the centre of the town. Further along the coast you have the popular coastal resort of Javea, with its sweeping sandy bay the lively arenal promanade with its beachside caffes, bars and restaurants.
For some great family days out visit the aqulandia water park, the Mundomar Animal Water Park and Terra Mitiica, one of Europes largest family theme parks, all only 40 minutes drive away. Within a very short distance from the villa is situated the wild life almimal Safari Park also go-karting is only a few minutes away. The villa is within driving distance of a selection of golf courses, although its nearest and possible best loved is Club de Golf la Sella, also, the newly designed by Sevi Ballesteros the new Olivia Golf Course.
How to get there
Villa Harz is situated on the coast just on the northern outskirts of the spanish town of Denia. It is midway between the two international airports of Valencia (to the North) and Alicante (to the South). both airports are within an hour's drive using the toll paying A7 motorway. Denia and the villa are just a 10 minute drive from exit 62. Detailed travel instructions from the airport to the villa will be provided.
Car hire is recommended to truly explore the area. Airport pickup can be arranged. Also accessible by ferry are the Balearic islands of Ibiza, Menorca, Mallorca and Formentera.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom / shower, there are two twin bedrooms with a separate bathroom / shower. The master bedroom, lounge and dining area are air conditioned with the twin bedrooms are equipped with fans. The kitchen is a modern american style open kitchen with breakfast bar and all the facilities that you require. The villa has TV, CD and DVD players and the property benefits from a full alarm system.
Further details outdoors: A large covered patio area with outside furniture is provided for external eating / BBQ. There are sufficient sun lougers with cushions for sun bathing and some pool / beach toys. The gardens on three sides with newly planted trees and climber shrubs are enclosed with a high wall and with secure fencing to the rear. There is a large driveway providing secure off road parking.

Conditions
Prices are for 2008 season and include utility bills IVA, linen and cleaning charges. Booking must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the full rental cost. Balance must be received within EIGHT weeks prior to arrival. A refundable DAMAGE / SECURITY deposit of £150 is also required prior to arrival
