A delightfully spacious villa situated in the village of Els Pobletts, a 10-minute drive the historic port town of Denia, on Spain's Costa Blanca. The fully equippped villa is close to the beach and also has a large, private swimming pool that is surrounded by iron railings offering a child-friendly environment. The pool has a shallow end and is 6m by 9m so a good size for serious swimming or serious playtime! The family lounge is very tastefully furnished. The villa also has a large conservatory that leads onto the terrace area which overlooks the pool - ideal for dining al fresco.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is a popular destination for sun lovers as its climate is good and it boasts miles of sandy beaches. It is classier than Benidorm but still has the sunshine, even in the winter months.
Valencia and Alicante or wonderful places to explore for a day - cathedrals, shopping, culture, tapas. Benidorm is about 30 minutes drive from Denia and has a great water theme park (Aqualandia) plus Terra Mitica (Alton Towers-type theme park) and Terra Natura (animal park). The famous Benidorm Palace has nightly shows.

Els Pobletts The village is a friendly one with a good supermarket, bakery, several bars and restaurants, a handful of shops and a tourist information office. It is an hour's journey by car from either Alicante or Valencia airports. The villa is less than a mile from the beach and an ideal base from which to explore the delights of Denia and Gandia, the nearby mountains and cities of Alicante and Valencia. Javea, Calpe, Moriria and Benidorm are all within easy reach. The nearest beach to the villa is stoney, but either side are stretches of sandy beach. There is a taxi firm in the village. There is also a safari park in Vergel, about 4km away from the villa.
Denia, the nearest town, is six miles away and reachable by car or local bus. It is a picturesque port town and a former Roman city, with a fortress overlooking the marina. It is popular with tourists during the summer months but has successfully retained it's Spanish character.
It has sandy beaches, great shopping and a twice weekly market, plus a wide choice of excellent restaurants, many of which specialise in fish. The Denia gambas are expensive but worth it!
How to get there
*Fly into either Valencia or Alicante airports and the villa is approximately an hour's drive from either *Budget airlines Easyjet and Ryanair fly into the airports, along with Monarch and other airlines *Car rental site www.doyouspain.com is a good site to try as it very competitive and picks the best offers from all the car hire companies.

Further details indoors: Inside there are three generous bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The back bedroom is the largest of the three and features a king size bed. The other double room has a super king size bed. There is a table for inside dining in the conservatory. There is a travel cot available for infants.
Further details outdoors: The main entrance to the villa is at the side of the house via the conservatory. There is also a barbecue. Apart from the swimming pool the majority of the garden is lawned.

The English-speaking owner lives nearby and can be contacted with any queries. The garden and pool are maintained and the representative will let himself into the garden when necessary to carry out the work.
