About the home

Located in a contemporary 'urbanizacion' this fully equipped ground floor apartment is ideally situated for you and your family or friends to enjoy your holiday, whether it be relaxing by the magnificent shared pool or on the glorious sandy beach; enjoying the myriad of activities available (kite surfing, wind surfing, jet skiing, sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, quad biking, horse riding, walking, shopping and eating, drinking and dancing the night away ) or simply exploring the coast and the beautiful, mountainous hinterland of the Costa Blanca.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms(a bath/shower room en suite and a shower room), a fully fitted kitchen and a large terrace that leads directly to the poolside and gets the sun all day long.

50m shared swimming pool. Children should be supervised at all times when using the pool.

Gym, sauna, internet access and young children's play area - these facilities are free but there are time limits imposed during peak season so that everyone can enjoy them.
During July & August there is a lifeguard on duty poolside.

Rental prices, inclusive of accommodation and utilities, are per week for the apartment which sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
Prices include all laundry charges and the final clean. For stays of 2 weeks or more laundry changes are available at €40 paid locally .
High-chair and cot hire are available on request.
A welcome pack is available on request.
Bookings, usually Sat to Sat, but we are flexible.
Arrival from 4.00pm and departure by 10.00am to allow for changeover cleaning.
English speaking representative on hand for help and advice.

Conditions

25% of the rental fee is required to confirm a booking. To secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival . If booking within 8 weeks of your stay, full payment is required.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Strictly no smoking indoors. Smoking allowed on the outside terraces.
Strictly no pets.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Summers are long and hot whereas winters are cool with occasional rain. Dramatic mountain ranges form the backdrop to glorious sandy beaches that sometimes stretch to the horizon.

English is widely spoken but this is the real Spain where Castellano and Valenciano are spoken in equal measure and white washed 'pueblos' nestle in the valleys amongst the orange groves and the paddy fields (this is the home of the paella).

The Denia / Las Marinas area

There is something for everyone to do here, from siesta to fiesta, a stroll on the beach or a run with the bulls. Fiestas occur at different times throughout the summer in almost every town. The 'Fallas' are the most important fiestas in the region of Valencia and are held between 15th and 19th March. Throughout the summer many towns hold 'Moors and Christians' festivals. In Denia you can run with the bulls during the 'Bous a la Mar' f held in the first two weeks of July during the main fiesta of the year in 'Honour of the Holy Blood. On 21 June celebrate San Juan and the coming of summer by walking into the sea at midnight along with thousands of others and making a wish. Not to be missed are the firework displays. Just remember that 'Spain is Fiesta'

45mins drive south, near Benidorm, are the Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia theme parks. Denia is packed with good restaurants serving Spanish, English, Italian, Chinese and Indian cuisines and many provide entertainment in the evenings. Local English papers and a local English radio station can provide details. In March 2008, the Portal de la Marina commercial centre opened on the outskirts of the town providing Denia with a large shopping centre, 5 screen cinema where you can watch films in English, and a ten pin bowling alley.
