The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This beautiful “White Coast” of shining beaches stretches 130 miles from Valencia in the north to Alicante in the south. The scenic grandeur varies from rugged mountains to green fertile valleys of orange, lemon and almond groves, olive trees, almond trees, and vineyards.
The Costa Blanca is “a place for all seasons”, where almond trees are in full blossom at the end of January and you can pick oranges at Christmas. Whether you are thinking of permanent living or just a holiday home, the Costa Blanca caters for all your needs.
The World Health Organisation has proclaimed the area of Denia and Javea on the Costa Blanca to be “environmentally nearly perfect” and you can bask in the Mediterranean brightest sunshine here.
If you like the sunshine which is never unbearable and is there for over 300 days per year, the Costa Blanca in the place for you. The climate here is one of the driest and sunniest in Europe, with a very mild winter and a summer that is both long and pleasantly hot.
Almond trees are seen in full blossom at the end of January and there is an average of ten hours sunshine per day during spring, summer and autumn. This all goes towards providing an overall climate, which is enjoyable, healthy and relaxing.
Denia: This is an old historic fishing port and is a very good shopping centre with a daily market. In the town and surrounding area, there are many excellent restaurants and bars serving all types of delicious foods. Fish is a local speciality including sole of unbelievable proportions and a wide variety of shellfish. Stretching from Denia are long white sandy beaches, which because of their length are never overcrowded. You can enjoy the sun and sea without the crowds, either swimming, water skiing, yachting, scuba diving, wind surfing or just being lazy.
Javea: Javea is situated between Cape Nao to the south and Cape San Antonio to the north. Javea combines both agriculture and tourism, and provides us with a town that benefits from a wide selection of amenities including tennis, squash, horse riding, fishing, golf, and a good night-life, or alternatively you can just relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings.
Denia / Benidoleig area
The village of Benidoleig is in the centre of the orange growing region of the Costa Blanca. It is a picturesque village surrounded by orange, lemon and olive trees and almond trees, which give the whole area a permanent environment in which to spend your holidays or retirement.
Benidoleig is located 12 Kms inland from Denia and in is only five minutes drive from Ondara with several large supermarkets, hypermarket and shopping centre and the N-332 main road plus the A-7 motorway junction, thus giving easy access and communications to all parts of the region.
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are within one-hour motorway driving from the village. One of the main advantages of the Benidoleig area is that while still remaining an unspoilt country village it is within easy reach of beaches, the coastal towns and many places of interest.
The village of Benidoleig offers all the facilities for day to day living. Which include supermarket, a bakery, paper shop, bank, chemist and doctor's surgery plus numerous other shops and bars. In addition to this and most important, the villagers are helpful and friendly people.
The old village still remains almost the same as it has for decades but around the village new areas of carefully planned villas are being developed. From all parts of the new villa areas there are magnificent panoramic views over the orange groves to the sea and surrounding pine clad hills. The villa development is well established and urbanised with mains fresh water, electricity and paved roads.
There are also many facilities provided for the use of villa owners and their guests. These include: swimming pools, tennis court, bars and restaurants and there are green zone park areas to ensure that the owners may obtain the maximum enjoyment from the beautiful surrounding scenery.
Whether you want your villa for permanent living or just a holiday home, Benidoleig and the surrounding area caters for all your needs. For the person who prefers the tranquillity of the country but wants to be within easy reach of all amenities, Benidoleig is the ideal answer.

Guestbook
Sept 08
“We had a fantastic 2 weeks at the villa, a very peaceful location yet really close to good restaurants, shopping in Denia or the new mall which was only a few miles drive away.
The villa was modern, spacious and beautifully designed with panoramic views from the bedrooms down the valley overlooking the orange groves towards the ocean. The villa was well equipped with all mod cons from the latest play station 3 and flat screened TV’s in the main bedrooms. The children spent most of the holiday in the pool which had magnificent views over the mountains. We enjoyed the Villa so much we hope to book the same two weeks next year. A great family villa, or honeymoon retreat!! “
