An end of terrace townhouse with three bedrooms and two terraces (one roof terrace) both with lovely views of the mountains, golf course and sea. The house has a communal swimming pool and airconditioning/climate control.
Birdie 12 is located in the hills of the La Sella urbanisation with an international tennis club with clay court and astro tennis, championship golf course and horse riding nearby. There are numerous beaches only a fifteen minute drive away in Denia and Javea. The house is equipped for a family, tennis or golfing holiday. There is a chemist, restaurant and internet shop at the centre of the urbanisation. The house has satellite television with British channels.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Denia is located midway betwen Alicante and Valencia. Valencia is famous for the America's Cup Port completed in 2007, the City of Arts and Sciences with its Aquarium and the historic attractions and modern shopping areas. Denia has a ferry link to Ibiza.
Denia / La Sella Development area
The La Sella development has a tennis club with clay courts and astro. There is a supermarket, chemist, internet access and restaurant on the La Sella complex. The Marriott La Sella Hotel and championship golf course with its exclusive indoor and outdoor restaurants is only a ten minute drive from the house. The brand new shopping complex of Portal de la Marina, located in Ondara, is also only a 10 minute drive from the house with its hypermarket, fashionable boutiques including Zara, Mango and Pull and Bear, bowling alley and cinemas (that provide earphones so you can watch the films in English).
