Tamarindo penthouse is located directly off the beach on the outskirts of this quiet and peaceful town.There are many excellent local restaurants in the vicinity, the nearest only a short walk down to the beach. The islands of Ibiza and Formentera are only a short ferry trip away.
Situated in an exclusive setting, The penthouse is brand new and on 2 levels, with sea views from all rooms.The 1st floor comprises of 2 main bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and main bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. The living area leads to a large private terrace with sun loungers, sofas, bbq and bar. Small 2nd terrace from main bedroom. Air conditioning/central heating and cable TV available. Concierge service on site. Gates to the executive complex , which benefits from a very large pool, paddling pool area for children and jacuzzi and tennis courts, are electronically controlled.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Brava region can boast that it is one of the most sunny areas in Spain ,with an average of 321 days of sunshine in 2006! The city of Valencia is well worth a visit, this is the home of Paella so don't miss out! Away from the city there are fine sandy beaches, rolling mountains and picturesque orange groves. It's not hard to see why this is an increasingly popular destination!
Denia / Las Marinas area
Denia is a busy little town with a working harbour as well as a newly built private marina.Activities such as quad bike excursions, jet ski excursions, deep sea fishing, mountain biking, scuba diving ,and even chartering a yacht, bareboat or with a skipper ,are readily available.It is only a 40 min drive from Alicante or Valencia international airports,via excellent motorways.
The New Marina offers water sports, hiking on the Montgo Mountain or simply enjoying the local restaurants and festivals.
How to get there
Denia can be easily reached by many budget airlines into Alicante or Valencia, most fly daily from all uk airports, these include bmibaby, Thompsonfly.com Ryanair, Easyjet and the new Jet2 airline from Birmingham2007.
The fast Ferries to and from the Balearic Islands cross daily, the port is central to Denia town.
Cars can be hired relatively cheap, either from the airport or locally in the town. Including Carjet.carrentals.co.uk, Europcar.co.uk, easycar.com and Auto-europe.co.uk, all are competatively priced. Only a few minutes drive to the main N_332 Alicante-Valencia road and the A7 motorway. Close to Oliva Nova Golf course.(Oliva) There are regular buses to and from Denia.

This is an ideal place for a peaceful winter hols too, the City of Denia is built around a castle has lots of places of interest to visit.
We have found a wonderful spa, and therapists not far from tamarindo, all details can be found in the penthouse.
Further details outdoors: Tamarindo is settled right on the beach, 'platja les devesses' making this a wonderful holiday for families, the beach is sand, leading from the pool security gate to the premises. In an afternoon you can laze on the terrace or beach and watch the kite-surfers and wind surfers. There is a welcome breeze from the sea on a hot summer day. There are 2 beach bars, 'Le Mer' and 'Los Banos' both have very good menus and popular with the locals for sunday lunch. Details of other very good restaurants and directions can be found in the apartment. There is a very good bus service, that stops immediately outside the complex, this runs every hour between 9.00am and 10.30pm. New for this summer a complementary bus runs friday and saturday night into denia town, until 1-00am. In a morning look out for the bread van :) It will usually arrive between 9.45am and 10.15am, selling very fresh croissants and pastries! , he awaits outside the complex entrance, just look for the queue.
