The bustling town of Denia is about five minutes drive away with its many amenities of shops, bars and restaurants. There are safe sandy beaches within 10 minutes drive.

Although the villa is semi-detached its orientation means that it retains its privacy. The villa is the ideal place for a peaceful and tranquil holiday destination.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Extending for twenty kilometres to the north of Denia the coastline of rocky coves and big extensions of sand, solitary beaches and beaches with both sports and playful activities. Dénia has a wonderful climate, whilst its landscape, is an added plus to its blue waters. The nature reserve of el Montgó separates the towns of Denia and Javea (Xabia in valenciano), the magnificent Montgó mountain rising to a height of 758 metres. Seen from the south the mountain resembles the profile of an elephant.

The port area of Javea is a working fishing harbour and yatch marina. There is also a pebble beach and pedestrian front dotted with bars and restaurants. To the southern side of Javea is the Arenal with a sandy man made beach and many bars and restaurants.

Pirate attacks forced early settlers in Javea to build the main town 2km back from the sea and today this is where the old town a collection of narrow street clustered around the 16th century church of San Bartolomé. During the summer the square is used as a venue for a number of free concerts.


Denia / La Xara area

Casa Jacaranda is situated in a completely rural position yet within walking distance of village of La Xara. Within easy reach of of all the amenities on offer in Denia and Javea, it is also just a short drive away from the beautiful valleys of Jalon, Orba and Pego with tranquil villages sitting amongst the vineyards, orange and almond groves. Throughout the spring,summer and autumn one be one the villages come alive with fiestas.

The golf courses of La Sella and Oliva are both a short drive away.

The naya looks our over the beautifully lanscaped garden and large private swimming pool with views to the surrounding mountains.
