Casa Jasmine is a large four bedroomed family villa tastefully furnished to a very high standard. It is fully equipped inside and out to fulfill all your holiday needs. Set within walking distance of Pedreguer town it is in a fantastic postion. In the town you will discover traditional Spanish restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops, post office and banks. Not to be missed is the weekly market on a Saturday morning packed with crafts and fresh local produce. Casa Jasmine is set over three floors, the top floor houses the large master bedroom and en-suite. A marble staircase leads down to the ground floor which comprises of a further two bedrooms, large lounge area, kitchen, breakfast room, bathroom and dining room which overlooks the pool. One bedroom is a double room with an en-suite with the second being a twin room. Furnished to a high standard the large lounge area gives access to a covered terrace with fabulous views of the valley below and the Montgo mountain. The modern kitchen is well equipped and leads to a fully glazed breakfast room from where the outside kitchen, large patio dining area and private swimming pool can be reached. The lower level of the villa can be reached via a marble staircase from the living area. This leads you to the laundry room and onto the fourth bedroom with en-suite. There are two single garages and a further toilet. The gardens are well established and fully enclosed.

To ensure that you have a great start to your holiday we personally clean and prepare all our villas to a high standard and only use 100% cotton sheets and good quality bathroom and beach towels. We provide a generous welcome pack for you which is included in the rental charge.
The welcome pack consists of : bread, milk, orange juice, butter, jam, marmalade, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, red wine, white wine, beer and water plus toliet rolls, dishwasher tablets, soap powder, washing up liquid and bathroom soap. We live locally and are just a phone call away should you require any assistance.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The villa is ideally located to not only enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break but also only minutes away from the fabulous beaches of Javea and Denia as well as being close to Junction 62 of the AP7 motorway which gives easy access to the whole coast line from Valencia to the North all the way down to Alicante
The Denia / Pedreguer area
The resorts of Javea & Denia are both less than 10 km away. Javea is charming & quaint. The beach is exceptionally clean with beautiful soft sand. There are some excellent restaurants sprinkled around the colourful port area. The well known La Sella golf course is close by. A labyrinth of tiny streets & quaint houses form the town area. Denia sits in a peaceful area of the Costa Blanca & boasts a fabulous sandy beach, the largest in the area. Facilities include great water sports & a great choice of restaurants & bars. Famous for its abundant charm Denia still retains some of its character & picturesque look including the quaint fisher mans quarter, cobbled streets & a 12th century castle. Other places to visit include the Jalon Valley, Guadalest & Fonts D'Algar
Some of the many possibilities within a short drive include: Close by are many interesting towns & villages including the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC. Most of the local towns & villages have a weekly market and fiestas (festivals) throughout the year. Karting & quad-biking are available locally. Snorkelling and scuba, and various boat trips are available off the coast of Denia & Javea. For the children big & small, how about a day out at one or all of these fun parks. The Aqualanda water park, Mundomar Marine Animal Park & Terra Mitica Theme Park can all be found at Benidorm. El Vergel Safari Park is about 20 mins by car. There are 3 good golf courses nearby. La Sella is highly recommended (Less than 10 mins drive), & Oliva & Javea golf courses are both about a 20 mins drive. There is Horse riding available nearby or head to the caves at Benidoleig (about 10 mins) which are well worth a visit.

A great villa, with good views. Pool was lovely. Accommodation of high quality. A good central place to stay. Quiet in the hills but very close to beaches, towns and shops. Local village within easy walking distance. On holiday with 4 children under 10, swimming pool was fantastic and loved by all. |

A 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a refundable damage deposit of £200.
The weekly rental rates include the villa cleaning prior to your arrival and after your departure, there are no extra charges or hidden costs.
