Our property is an attractive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private pool, it is a non-smoking villa and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The villa is situated within a quiet urbanization that adjoins the Montgo National Park. Car hire recommended.

The private pool is fully tiled, floodlit and measures 9m x 5m in a kidney configuration. The pool has stainless steel steps leading down to the shallower end which is about 1.35m deep. This then gently shelves to about 1.50m deep at the other end. Adjacent to the pool is a private outside shower plumbed with hot/cold water and lights for evening use. Surrounding the pool is a non slip, heat reflecting, fully floodlit terrace from which there are magnificent sea views to the North (see photos) and to the South the towering Montgo.


The villa sleeps 4 people with the sleeping accommodation comprising of a double room with en suite bathroom and one twin room with a separate shower room. (A travel cot and high chair can be supplied at extra cost).

There is a large lounge with open plan kitchen. The lounge leads into the dining room where the views are at their best. A single flight of six steps lead down to the 9m x 5m swimming pool and terrace area.

The villa is air conditioned throughout providing both hot and cold air as required. There is no extra charge for this. There is wifi at the property.

Outside there is a driveway suitable for most sizes of car including people carriers. There is a lockable gate. Steps lead down to the front door and terrace.

There is a terraced garden with various fruit trees and plants. The terraces are mostly gravelled. A path leads round the villa down to the pool.

A further set of steps lead down to a gravelled area with hedging.

A 5 minute walk from the property will take you to the large swimming pool with segregated children's area surrounded by lawns. There is a tennis court, changing area with shower, toilets and several shaded picnic areas. These facility's are for the sole use of urbanization residents and visitors.

There is easy access to a wide range of beaches, restaurants and entertainments whilst being situated in a residential location. Denia is about 5 minutes away, Javea 15 minutes . Approx 1hr drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports.

Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan town located along the Mediterranean coastline, where the sun shines almost all year. Its climate of mild temperatures and its 20 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves makes Denia an ideal place for family beach holidays.


Denia enjoys almost twenty kilometres of coastline. To the north of the town, there are beaches of fine sand and shallow waters, such as Les Marines, LAlmadrava, Les Deveses, Les Bovetes and els Palmars, To the south lie a series of small coves along the rocky coast, known as Les Rotes, which is a paradise for fishermen and divers.


Denia lies in a fertile plain, backed by mountains. The Montgó Mountain, which separates Denia and Javea, is the major landmark of the area.


Denia offers a variety of water sports, including: sailing, windsurfing, diving, fishing, rowing, and swimming.

For those who prefer land to sea, there is also an extensive range of activities to choose from: mountain climbing, hang-gliding, mountain biking and hiking.


Denia has its own 18-hole golf club, located very close to the town, the Club La Sella was designed by José Maria Olazabal. Further courses can be found at Oliva, Moriara, and Javea.


There are many welcoming restaurants along the promenade facing the marina. The marina itself has a modern commercial area where you can dine overlooking the moored yachts bobbing in the water.


It's possible to take the ferry to the Balearic islands directly from the port in Denia.

"What A Shame......"

In response, we have not questioned the general state of how our villa was left by this family, only specific items. They did indeed own up to breaking the freezer shelf but only after we discovered it hidden at the back of the freezer compartment. We could not provide this family with a total for the damage they caused as we were awaiting prices. The staining on the terrace was initially denied but now they seem to know that it was coffee and coal which could have easily have been washed off at the time and not left to bake in the sun then hidden under the sunbeds. We have not been able to provide any receipts as yet because we are still awaiting arrival in Spain of the freezer shelf, the tile repair will have to take place out of season and the steam clean was paid for in local currency direct. As far as we are aware the air conditioning units work fine as no one else has ever complained, had they, an engineer would have been sent to rectify this. This is the second family that have mentioned the bed size in the master bedroom so we will give the same answer, it is a standard UK double bed as stated in our details. The twin room has a normal venetian window blind that works as it should and the steps from the parking area have never been commented on before. This family asked for Google directions specifically and were supplied, along with the relevant maps. As for the last accusation made, stating that they have been charged for damage they did not do, all we can say is we as the owners are the ones that check and clean the property after each guest has stayed, so we know exactly who has done what and when. The damage deposit held by ourselves is to protect our villa, so misuse of property unfortunately has to be paid for. In summary we would like to suggest that any future clients read all our reviews and make up their own minds.

Having read the other two reviews i can only confirm what they say.This villa has been refurbished to a high standerd and the owners are a pleasure to deal with.When we look to revisit this area of Spain this is the Villa we will look to book again.
