The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Denia enjoys a favoured location on the Costa Blanca with a wonderful all-year round climate. It dates back to Roman times and has been popular with the Spanish for centuries - now it is being discovered by Europeans and Americans. It is both traditional and modern with wonderful tapas bars and restaurants as well as great shopping. You can travel to the Islands of Ibiza & Mallorca. The tree-lined streets are very pretty and full of traditional Spanish tapas bars, restaurants, clothes and shoe shops. There are many Fiestas which are held in the town and are very colourful and interesting. The climate is exceptional with mild Autumns/Winters and glorious Springs and Summers. Denia enjoys 325 days or 2800 hours of sunshine with an average temperature of almost 20 degrees. From Denia by road you also have very easy access to Alicante and Valencia which are lovely cities as well as by rail to Madrid and Barcelona. There is also the daily Ferry which takes you across to Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca and Formentera.

Denia / Las Marinas area

The Denia Penthouse is immediately opposite the sandy Beach and the blue Mediterranean sea. You can go fishing, swimming, snorkeling, cycling, horse-riding, golf, and even climb the Montgo mountain range, Denia has the old Marina and the new Marina where boats from small fishing vessels to large ocean going luxury yachts are berthed and give a wonderful backdrop as you sit at a bar and sip your cool drink and dream!! Denia castle dates back to the 13th century. There is an active fishing port which operates 6 days a week; the vessels go out early mornings returning mid-afternoon and you can watch the fish being sorted and packed with ice and sent to the auction room where you watch them being sold to the highest bidder and served hours later at your restaurant table. There is an abundance of tapas bars and restaurants as well as clothes, shoes and leather & shops to keep you occupied. Opposite thePenthouse there are restaurants and pleasant bars where you can sit and enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wonderful Spanish Rioja or Ribera del Duero.

How to get there

Denia is really easy to get to by flying into either Alicante or Valencia airports via the major scheduled and charter airlines operating from all of the major and regional airports throughout the UK. From either airport it is an easy and straightforward 45-60 minute journey.
Every major carrier operates regular and heavily discounted fares as well as special offer so check them out!
You can also reach Denia via the Ferry which sails out of Mallorca and Ibiza.

All of the bedrooms and living area are air-conditioned.
The split-level terraces are large - seriously large! These provide panoramic views to the sea & across to Denia.
There is a stone-built BBQ, private rooftop jacuzzi, dining area, drinking area, an abundance of plants & palms and more than enough space to enjoy your own privacy, luxury, rest and relaxation. What more can you ask for??!!!

This is a quality select urbanisation not one of these sprawling high-rise developments.
The grounds of the complex are very well maintained with mature plants and manicured lawns.
The entire urbanisation is regularly cleaned, the pools and gardens are serviced weekly.
There are 2 very large, very clean swimming pools and 2 children's pools.
There is the tennis court and secured private parking reserved for the Penthouse.
This is not a noisy or large urbanisation. It is spacious, well-designed and of good quality.

The heated jacuzzi is professionally cleaned before and after each Rental.
A constant supply of gas-heated hot water means just that - as opposed to other apartments that have electric-heated limited-supply water tanks that run cold and leave people waiting for the water to heat-up again!!!

Complete flexibility regarding arrival and departure, dates and times, full or part weeks.
You are met on your arrival at the Penthouse by the Owner.
A Deposit of 25% secures the Booking with the Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
