Home description

Situated on the slopes of Monte Solana in the village of Pedreguer this beautiful private villa is furnished to the highest standards in a contemporary design. The property sleeps 6 in comfort and features; master bedroom with double bed, en suite with bath & shower. The main bathroom is fitted with shower and there are 2 further bedrooms with twin beds. The fully fitted open-plan kitchen includes all appliances and leads to the dining area which features an extend-able dining table seating 6 comfortably. The spacious lounge has an open fireplace and the villa benefits from aircon and heating. Outside, the open terrace around the pool has 6 sun loungers and anti-slip tiles. The large covered terrace with table & chairs (seating 6) overlooks the pool & is the perfect place to watch the children play in the 8x4m square pool or to sit and watch the sun set behind the mountains. 5 mins drive to the village of Pedreguer, 10 min drive to Denia's beach, shops & restaurants.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Valencian region is still very 'Spanish' compared to some regions in Spain and hosts Natural Parks, mountains ranges, pretty agricultural land with orange, olive and almond groves are a beautiful feature of the landscape and of course a fantastic coastline with excellent beaches. It also boasts a the vibrant city of Valencia with its art galleries and museums and typically Spanish culture. Denia / Pedreguer area

Denia itself is a large resort town enjoying 320 days of sunshine a year, with numerous shops and restaurants overlooked by its impressive 16th century Moorish castle. It hosts has a myriad of restaurants to cater for all tastes. Shopping in Denia has high street essentials to top of the range clothes shops and beautiful gift shops. The 20km beach in Denia consistently wins the European Blue Flag for safety and cleanliness.

Pedreguer is just outside Denia and is a small mainly Spanish village with small winding streets, little shops and Tapa's bars - perfect exploring & mingling with the locals.

A hire car is essential, try www.rent-spain.com. We always use this webiste and pay on arrival. Service is very good and prices are good value for money. Either Easyjet (www.easyjet.co.uk) or Monarch (www.flymonarch.com) are best value but for price comparison on all flight companies try www.skyscanner.net to find the best prices.

Plot is very flat with only a few steps from the car park to the villa and pool terrace. The villa itself is all on one level with no steps inside. Windows all double glazed with safety glass and multi point locks. Secure car parking behind gate. Fully enclosed & private with a wall running round the perimeter of villa plot. The square pool enjoys sun all day and covered terrace has table and chairs seating 6 comfortably. BBQ


Further details

Price is fully inclusive of end cleaning, linen and towels (except beach towels) and all utilities.
A £300 refundable damages deposit is required with final payment.
30% deposit is required to secure the booking, final payment of 70% payable (along with the refundable damages deposit) 6 weeks before arrival.


Conditions

Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties (e.g. Stag / Hen parties) as the villa is situated on a peaceful Urbanization.
